One York Food Hall by O&B

UPDATE: Went back today (months later) after my original visit. Experience got SIGNIFICANTLY WORSE since my original visit. Jetson (some dumb app that you order food from run by tech bros trying to solve a problem that doesn't even exist) runs the place now and one of their employees (some woman) at the front literally looked like she wanted to kill herself. Didn't even look up to smile. The entire place reaks of spiritual death. The sign says food comes fast but it took over 20 minutes to get a simple order of mediocre butter chicken. This was one of the worst bowls of butter chicken I've had in my entire life and I'm not even trying to be mean. Customer service experience was awful. Food was awful. Employees are awful. What is the point of this place even being open unless it's a front for money laundering. Original review: Hours are beyond abysmal - 11:30am to 2:30pm monday to thursday??? This is abnormal. The service is what makes O&B stand out - Nassim from the cocktail bar alongside his drinks are the highlight of the location. The fried chicken is EXCELLENT as well. Location is great, Atmosphere is great. Food is above average - not great but above average. This would be a great spot if the hours were longer. The limited hours are what make this a 2 star restaurant.

I live nearby and have gone to the new food hall a few times. It is the best food hall experience I had. Pricing is better than the food court and much better than new food halls in cibc square. Every staff from coffee station to sandwich station have been friendly and received great service, value and a variety of tasting food options. It is a well managed, clean and bright.

Expensive food for mediocre quality. I got a salad bowl and paid extra add falafel the was inedible. Rock solid and dry as sand. The rest of the salad was pretty basic. Kumpfert and Kim is cheaper, better quality, more options is in the next building over and I’ll stick to them from now on. Disappointed to say the least

Great options at every stall and a great variety - curry, sandwiches, salads, fried chicken, Latin and asian fare - a little bit for everyone. The space also has pool tables, ping pong and foosball. I've visited a few times and liked all my selections. The cheese cake at happy tangle is amazing!

I went here for a lunch and the food was great! I got the eggplant parm from Underground Sandwich and a tres leches cake from Lala’s Cantina. The food came out fast and the staff were organized. There’s tons of space and the vibe is great! They are also running a 25% off promo until Feb 1 rn. I’ll definitely be coming back anytime I’m in the area for lunch.

This is the perfect spot for both food and work! The Wi-Fi is fast, the seats are comfortable, and you get a nice view of the lake. I tried the garlic naan, which tasted freshly baked, and the butter chicken, with the perfect spice level for my taste. The service was very friendly!

Amazing option for lunch downtown! Loved how many food stalls there were and how much variety there is to choose from. Ordering was smooth and quick! Can't wait to visit in the spring and enjoy eating outside on the terrace.

Pretty nice food court, offers a selection of different takeaway stalls, and even a bar! For day 1 of opening, service seemed pretty good. Food was quite tasty, however the portions seemed really small for the large price you pay. I got a chicken taco bowl which was quite tasty, however it was $18 before tax which is a more than I'd be willing to spend. Overall this seemed like a nice place to have lunch and I'd come here once in a while
