Oh Bombay - Milton | Indian and Hakka Restaurant

This was our first experience here. Overall, a great lunch at a new spot in Milton. We will be back. We tried a lot of the dishes and shared. Our group was the only one in for lunch on a Thursday and we were sat in the far corner. No issue, just odd. Service was fairly slow. There were 6 of us and with the dishes and dessert, it took nearly 2 hours. We could have had more drinks but our waitress didn’t come around very often. The food overall was well done. We love Indian food. One piece of constructive feedback was that it felt like some of the dishes like the egg biryani was over spiced / seasoned. Everything was delicious.

We recently visited Oh Bombay, and it was an incredible experience! The flavours were so authentic that it transported me straight to the streets of India. The chicken curries was perfectly spiced, and the garlic naan was soft and delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive, and ensured we had a great time. I can’t wait to come back and try more dishes. Highly recommend it for anyone craving Indian and Hakka food

If you're in the mood for some amazing Indian food, this place is definitely worth a visit! The vibes are great, with beautiful decor that really sets the tone for a cozy and inviting experience. We tried the Delhi 6 Changezi Chicken and Paneer Pasanda, and both dishes were incredible. The curries were super flavorful, totally different from what you'd find at other places, and packed with unique spices that made every bite delicious. The whole experience was a hit – great food, cool atmosphere, and friendly service!

Very colourful restaurant. Very attentive service. We ordered a fish dish and a vegetarian dish- both were flavourful and perfectly spiced! A great place for date night or fancy dinner!

Hi. I went to this restaurant today in Milton and I wish I could give zero stars . I have gone to Oh Bombay Oakville and it was good but the same restaurant in Milton is terrible . They have spent all the money in creating a good ambience but sadly the food is terrible . The food presentation was good as per the pics but taste was so bad. We went around5:30 and ordered coffee, panipuri and tandoori chicken momos. Coffee was from the machine with milk powder . Tasteless and terrible in taste .i took one sip and couldn’t drink anymore . Excited for the panipuri and it was more disappointing . The worst panipuri I ever tasted . How can someone ruin the panipuri water. It was so sour ruined my tastebuds. We informed the server and she took it back and didn’t charge for it either . Thank god for that . The tandoori momos are usually great in this place (I got takeout earlier and it was awesome ). For some odd reason it was not great today . Too much sourness maybe the marination was like that . Overall very bad experience and I am not going back again . The restaurant needs to improve the food quality . We asked for chicken manchow soup and wada pav ( as per menu) which was not available today . Both the servers were polite. No complaint on that front

Visited this place in Milton, purely by luck, and we are so glad we did. We were looking for an Indian style dinner and happened to stumble across this place and decided to visit looking at the ratings. The first thing that strikes you, will be the ambience. With beautiful cutleries that are with their brand name on it, the vibrant walls with motifs and different art work, it will surely be a treat on your eyes. The ambience makes a huge difference in the overall experience of dine in. We ordered the Non Veg Platter, Kashmiri Rogan Josh and some rotis. The food was excellent, the chicken and fish in the platter was cooked perfectly and spiced to perfection. The mutton gravy was not too spicy and felt really good with the roti. The mutton was cooked thoroughly but was not chewy too, which is not the case usually in other restaurants. The service was great too with the servers checking in on us and also verifying if we are satisfied with the taste. Overall it was a great experience for us as a family and we will definitely be visiting again.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Oh Bombay! The food was delicious, with the Khadai Paneer and Amritsari Aloo Kulcha being absolute must-tries. The ambiance was equally impressive—warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The staff were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service throughout. To top it off, they offer great discounts for students, making it an even better option. Overall, it was a fantastic visit, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine with a great atmosphere!

First time at this restaurant and was very pleased with the food and service. It was tasty, delicious and worth the price. They are not expensive and good value for your money. I wish them all the best and success 🙌. The chef or owner came over to ensure everything was good. The waitress checked in on us, we were certainly not ignored.
