Follow @bredgyeats for more food pics! Halibut Fish and Chips - Halibut was uneven, the thinner end was super moist and flaky, while the thicker part was a little worse but still good. The batter was crispy and aromatic, but the fish itself didn't have a taste. The tartar sauce was nice, and the lemon brightened up the dish a lot. Vinaigrette slaw was refreshing and crisp, and the salad was on the sour side but helped with the oil of the batter.

We were excited to go here for sea food and they did not disappoint. We arrived just as they opened and were greeted by the friendliest lady who gave us a run down of the menu and sorted us out with drinks. The food was delicious and we tried a good assortment of what was on the menu. Fish tacos excellent, brussel sprouts awesome, fish and chips delish!

I got the burger with a side salad. The side salad was just lettuce with balsamic vinaigrette and the burger was good but a little dry for my liking. My friends got the fish and chips and said the fish was a bit burnt. Also, there weren’t too many options to choose from on the menu for meals. Aside from that, our server was super nice, accommodating and quick with our orders.

Landon took great care of us (party of 12). He was super personable and quick. Fish and chips, 10/10. Also got the curry, super flavorful. Love the atmosphere and the place was clean. Bathrooms too. So happy we chose this place to satisfy our cravings. Will definitely be back when we visit Toronto!

We chose the bar level seat looking out the front window. Great food! The chowder was so full of fish it was more like a bowl of fish with sauce. Brussel sprouts are a must have. Fish and shrimps that we had were fresh and tasty. Great service from our server, just the right level of attentiveness and enthusiasm (it's an art) Only thing would be the ventilation in the open kitchen could be better, but hey, they serve fish and chips! What did you expect?

I decided to give this place a try after I found it on a Google search for fish n' chips. I ordered a few oysters, which were tasty and fresh along with halibut and chip. I chose the vegan poutine as my side since I don't eat dairy. They don't use any dairy, eggs, or beer in their fish batter, which was nice. I found the halibut a little lacking in flavour, watery and chewy. The vinegarette coleslaw was fresh and delicious. The server was very friendly and helpful, and that made it an inviting spot with a cozy nautical atmosphere. I will be back for sure to maybe try a different fish next time or their vegan banana blossom fish substitute. It's definitely worth a visit if you love fish and seafood.

I'll definitely come back to try more of their shrimp options. We ordered a battered cod taco and a grilled shrimp taco, a tiger shrimp po'boy, and the frings. What we liked most were the items with shrimp. What we liked the least were the onion rings in the frings, but it was still enjoyable. This order was enough to share between two people over lunch. The fish and chips option that other tables were ordering looked well portioned and I'd give that a try as well. Also, great service from the staff!
