This restaurant is conveniently located near my home, and I’ve visited a couple of times. The first time, I ordered eggs with crepes and potatoes, which were good but a bit overpriced for a brunch plate. On my next visit, I tried the crepes with whipped cream, but I found the dish tasteless. The service is okay, and the place isn’t very crowded. However, in my opinion, the prices are a bit high for the quality of food offered.

I have yet to find a better breakfast place! I’ve tried a few different locations and have not been disappointed anywhere. There was a mistake made on my order at this particular location but the staff took extra care to fix it immediately. I appreciated the service and dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

OEB was within walking distance of my hotel. Great breakfast and coffee. Was able to sit, relax and read without feeling rushed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Best fries ever!!!

First time trying this on a Friday afternoon and loved the brunch vibes. The restaurant wasn’t busy so the service was really good. I really enjoyed the dishes I tried and would recommend these: WAKE'N BACON $18 Salted caramel bread pudding, maple glazed bacon lardons, sliced almonds, strawberries, fresh herbs. NOT SO BORING BRIOCHE FRENCH TOAST $16.5 Sri Lankan cinnamon and orange blossom spiced French toast, Quebec maple syrup CANADIAN LOBSTER & SHRIMP CRÊPE $26 Butter poached lobster & shrimp scramble, green onions, brown butter hollandaise, truffle pearls ARTISAN BAGEL SAMMY $19.5 Artisan bagel, two free-run eggs over hard, white truffle mayo, chunky guacamole, micro watercress, fresh fruit Also liked how they have mimosa flights, those are always a good option! The only thing I didn’t really enjoy was the iced chai latte.

We won a VIP brunch for 2 from a game we played at Brunchfest, which brought us in to the restaurant but we will surely be back! The food and drinks were great. Heads up, they don’t serve alcohol before 9AM, which is more than fair! Just had to make note. Coffee was delicious too! Friendly and attentive staff. They became very busy at one point but they never forgot about any of their tables. It was very impressive and seems like they work great together as a team.

I was looking forward to this place after reading all the reviews plus I like potatoes cooked in beef tallow. This is hard to find. So the good: Service was quick, service is friendly. Place is nice just noisy. My sandwich was tasty The not so good: my friend ordered the breakfast and had the ham. Now why would you bother serving slices of deli ham pan fried? If he had known he would have ordered the peameal or something else. That ham deli ham is a 1 star 2 star move. Very disappointing! The other disappointing thing was the fries (though cooked in beef tallow 👍🏻) were flavoured with seasonings. This takes away from the taste of the spuds themselves. So it was hard to say if they were any good. I mean they tasted fine but if you’re going to use beef tallow why waste it on frozen fries? That is also a 1 star Would I go back? Well my chicken sandwich was very tasty. Loved the combo of flavours though it could have use just a bit more chicken to balance it out. The bun was super airy and light for a bun. Loved that. I’d definitely eat that again. Breakfast well for sure don’t order scrambled eggs unless you like them more wet I thought that was an American thing. Cooking eggs that wet for scrambled. Anyways don’t order that ham. It’s pathetic

Best place to go for breakfast and definitely coming back again!! Staff was really helpful and welcoming. Always checked up on us and refilled our water without us needing to ask. Atmosphere was clean and vibrant. Lots of natural lighting and good music. The food was amazing and very filling. My favourite was the lobster and shrimp crepe and tuscan lemonade. Great location and a public parking spot is close-by. Came around 8:50 on a Thursday and it wasn’t busy at all.

5-Star Review for Hadrian Edwards at OEB Breakfast in Toronto I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Hadrian, the manager of OEB Breakfast Toronto, since the restaurant opened in March 2022. He’s an exceptionally down-to-earth and kind individual who goes above and beyond to ensure every customer has a great experience. Over the years, I’ve witnessed him handle even the most difficult situations with professionalism and grace. Hadrian’s photographic memory is remarkable—he never forgets a customer! Beyond the restaurant, his generosity shines in our Liberty Village community. Whenever there’s a community event, he supports us with gift cards, which is always appreciated. Under his leadership, the OEB Breakfast team is friendly, the service is impeccable, and the menu keeps getting better and more creative. The community loves what Hadrian and his team bring to Liberty Village, and we hope to continue supporting OEB Breakfast in return. Thank you, Hadrian, for everything you do! #contestentry
