Ocean Palate Indian and Kerala Cuisine

Great Keralan cuisine, a little bit expensive, friendly staff. I have tried their Karimeen Pollichathu, Puttu and Konthal Squid Roast. Everything was delicious and made to order fairly quickly. The place has good seating, but seems very empty whenever I visit. Small amount of parking and a decent location. It was closed for renovations last time I visited though.

I tried the Ona Sadhya from Ocean Palate and it was amazing! The flavours were great and the food looked and tasted really nice. The food was fresh and high quality. I could tell that the chef put a lot of care and effort into making each and every side dish. It was a great experience eating it.

The food had dead mosquito in it! Worst South Indian food. The sambhar tasted so yuck, chutneys were old and not fresh at all. Got it for delivery, called the restaurant regarding the issues and they did nothing to compensate. I asked for redelivery or refund and the girl on call said that uber will take care of it we cant do anything. Dinner spoiled, mood spoiled, money wasted. Not at all recommended!

Please do not play with people health. I ordered chicken biryani and they gave me old rice and old chicken in it. I had to throw it in garbage. Zero taste and didn’t even add a spoon in bag 🤷🏽‍♂️ come on guys!

I went to this restaurant in a noon time and when i entered, there was no air conditioning inside. They had ceiling fans, which was not of much use since it was hot inside. The food was hot and spicy, I like my food spicy, still I couldn't manage to finish my chatti chor. I also ordered a fresh lime soda, which was not that great. The very sweet lime soda and the hot temperature made me vomit all the food I ate from there. Luckily, I didn't eat much, I took three-fourths of the food for take-out. The chatti chor came with fish curry, which was the only thing good I had from there. I wouldn't recommend going there on a hot day.

We were craving sadya, so my husband and I went for lunch on a weekday, it wasnt that busy. We got Chatti choru and it came with fried fish, chicken fry, egg, beef, sambar, thoran, fish curry, veggies. It tasted homemade like the way my mom makes it. Service was really good too. I really dont know why it not busier. Definitely recommend!

Have been to this place last evening.. It was an amazing experience. I had kerala chicken biriyani and a tea. It felt like freshly made and was a completely authentic kerala cuisine. Masala tea was also really good. The staff Megha was really welcoming and pleasant. I loved the atmosphere with calming malayalam songs playing around. Really had a nice time. I was so tired after a long day but this made me feel at peace. A very well recommended place for 100% authentic Kerala Cuisine.
