I have ordered Mediterranean pizza, and that was not good at all, it didn't have the harmony between tastes, it was like eating crust with some onions!!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an issue I experienced while making a purchase through your online order system. I recently placed an order online and went to the store to pick it up expecting to pay the price displayed on your website. However when I arrived, I was told that the price was incorrect and I was required to pay a higher amount. I am not sure if this was due to an error in the online system or a misunderstanding on the part of the staff but the situation was frustrating and left me questioning the reliability of your service. This was really disappointing as I trusted the online pricing to be accurate and planned my purchase accordingly. While I ended up paying the higher price, the experience left me feeling frustrated.

I was a frequent customer of this Pizza House for years. Although previous owner already increased prices since pandemic the quality of their pizza and service was outstanding and delicious. Recently I believe that the business was sold to a new owner. Don’t get it wrong the new owners are very nice people as well but changes made me think about to ever visit this place anymore. Why own earth you change something that was great before for the worst. Do you think we are customers do not notice a difference? First, reducing the pizza size by 20%. Then changing the thickness of pizza and reducing the ingredients? We would be happy to pay more for the same service. Its a bad business decision to change such things like that. Customers not gonna come after awhile if things go for like that. At least not me. I am just sad that one of my favourite place is going down again. Please keep the old style and ingredients do not change anything. I understand running a business is hard. Don’t end up like all of those regular fast food chains. Please please give the same quality as like before. Thanks I went back this Friday I am seriously unhappy about the change of the quality. Previously worked people gave the nicest quality of pizza before since the ladies working there everything changed. Its just not the same. They are nice and friendly but the pizza is not that extraordinary experience like before I can get the same quality anywhere else. Since I was just travelling far away to get that pizza experience I am not gonna go there anymore. It’s waste of time and waste of my money. My family members are disappointed as well. I stopped in today for two slices and pop. The price was 6.99 which comes to 7.90 with tax. Instead she punched in 8.00 , I questioned it and she changed it. Why do that to people? After starting to eat it I realized there was hardly any tomato sauce causing no flavour. I took the second slice back and complained of both problems. The supervisor/ boss started getting very mad saying I give you money back and you never come back again. Very unprofessional, a good manager would have said, sorry to hear that can I get you another slice or return your money. I told him if they cheat customers they will lose customers. Great pizza in the past. In your reply you never addressed the problems of no tomatoe sauce and trying to overcharge me. Do you do this regularly? If I have leftovers I would take it home, lol. I believe the public can see who is right.

The most ridiculous experience that I have with this pizza place I order a pizza and wings on my pizzas arrived with the wings the wings was old like it was sitting there for like 2-3 hours just and I called back to complain about they told me no problem will remake it for you but our driver is charging $5 that's so funny this pizza place is 000000000000

Best pepperoni pizza I ever had Owner is very friendly and her cute kid gave me a painting which I loved it I definitely recommend this pizza to everyone who wants their pizza fresh and crispy

I had an amazing experience at Pizza House recently and I can't wait to share it! Not only is their pizza top-notch in quality, but the service, particularly from Mrs. Mona at the reception, was exceptional. What really stood out, though, was Mrs. Mona's exceptional hospitality. Her friendly demeanor and respectful attitude made my visit truly memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable and comfortable.
