Oak Park Deli

I love oak park deli but the poutine I got today was super dry 😢. Barely any gravy even though I specifically mentioned to add equal amounts of gravy to cheese proportion. Update: I ordered off of the uber eats app, I’ve clearly mentioned under instructions that I wanted, but it wasn’t followed. The container that the poutine had come in was literally open inside of the bag, it was lukewarm and the fries were soggy by the time I got it. I couldn’t finish the fries because it was way too dry and soggy.

Toula and her team did a fantastic job in catering our party with 60 people. All the homemade appetizers and dinners were delicious. She took care of everything. We definitely recommend her for any catered event

Used to come here all the time during middle school - nothing like grabbing a poutine for $2-3 bucks and then heading off to the skate park at lunch. My husband and I were driving by the area and we decided to stop by and grab a pizza. I told my husband he HAD to try a slice and he said he will pass. When I bought the pizza into the car, he had half the pizza! Love this place & love the owners. The world is changing but some things will always stay the same.

Have had great experiences here- however today I was really put off by how the owner (I presume) was speaking to his kitchen staff. He was rude and belittling to her; spent the entire time speaking down to her while there were 4 other customers waiting for their food. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. Would honestly think twice about supporting next time based on that experience alone….

Absolutely delicious!!!! By far one of the best sandwich places I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating at. It’s got that old school atmosphere but don’t be deceived the food is amazing! Family owned right down to the farm the olives come from. Fresh in house made bread and olive oil! Staff were so super kind. So much meat on my sandwiches. It was unreal! A real hidden gem! No doubt this is a must visit for any sandwich lover. I even bought there baguettes to bring home because they were so tasty!!!!

We bought food from an Oak Park Deli booth at the Canada Day party in East York. We ordered 2 chicken pitas, and they looked like the pic attached - nothing at all like the pictures on their website . The burgers did not offer any lettuce, tomatoes, onions, or any vegetable toppings whatsoever - they only offered packaged ketchup, mustard, mayo and relish. I asked the person on site what he would do if he was offered the food we just bought.

Delicious food, friendly staff! I’ve been stopping in for some time now at Oak Park, have tried their home burger, chicken sandwich, Italian sandwich, western sand ice, poutine, spaghetti with meat sauce, lasagna, chicken and pork souvlaki on a pita, and their pizza - including the must try “Arthur Special”. It’s all amazing! Super fresh, and homemade with good ingredients. Their sandwiches are made on a house baked cheese bread. They also have a great selection of sweets, like cupcakes, cookies and squares. Fantastic place, so glad to have found it!
