Love that they make the hand pulled noodles in store and fresh every order. Very good tasty broth. Good selection of vegetarian items. Great for a cold night.

Never come back here anymore. This restaurant running so fun, in the uber have many restaurant post menu buy 1 get 1, so this time I order in here they have choice get 1 free for Bejjing bang nd. After delervery I get only 1 order. I go the app check again and they dont show up food menu buy 1 get 1 anymore(only for drink). Feel like this is scam haha

This noodle shop is good. The menu has something for everyone, the restaurant is clean and service attentive. Noodle Me scored a 4 star because I gravitated to dim sum and it was tasty but I wouldn't rush back for another fix. I tried my daughter's noodles and they were tasty so if I return I'd dive into them😊!

A great meal on a cold evening. I had the beef brisket hand pulled noodles. Very fresh and tasty. It’s cool to see the noodles being made. The scallion pancakes are a bit oily but still satisfying. Nice restaurant in Hamilton.

If you're craving noodles, this place is a must go to. They serve authentic Chinese noodles; you can even see someone making them over the counter. Always interesting to watch, but just be prepared for a some loud noises when they slam the dough. I recommend trying the beef brisket noodle soup. There is so much flavour in the broth and the noodles are done just right.

I've been here a few times. I have tried fried noodle dishes and their noodle soups before. The portions are good and the noodles are homemade. The noodles below is their beef frier, it was good but a bit too much oil on it. TIP: their chili oil is nice and adds some spice to the noodles. The noodles were around 12.99 and if you're a vegetarian they do have vegetable fried noodles.

Update - No longer recommended due to food quality concerns... Old review: Although not perfect, Noodle Me is a pretty good option for noodles. The noodles have the right texture for Chinese noodles and there's a variety of ways to customize your noodles by adding different proteins. They also have a few different kinds of noodles to choose from. The restaurant has a clean and bright interior and the service was attentive when we went, although a bit amateurish. (Which can be forgiven as they're just opening up). I feel like there's a number of great values on the menu given how reasonable their price points are. It's good to see Hamilton having new Chinese places on its culinary landscape. I do have one point I would like to make, which is that their noodle soup has small pieces of bone that can be quite sharp. I think it'd be better to leave the bone in bigger pieces so people don't accidentally choke on them.
