We used to eat here often. It’s on the pricey side, but portions are large so there were always some leftovers to take home. Today, it was a long wait in line to get a table. The hostess did not acknowledge people in the line or give any indication of how long it would be. When we were seated, we were told it would be an hour wait to receive any food we ordered. It was 75 minutes before we received our Singapore noodles. The spicy shrimp were greasy, pale, and did not have the usual spices. The fried rice was pale and greasy. Our bill for 2 people before tip was $168. To the manager, please do not respond with your usual comment thanking us for the feedback.

Ate there two nights whilst staying in the Falls, served by Raymond on both occasions. He was most friendly and helpful. Meal prices are reasonable and very tasty. Recommend.

I had a wonderful experience at the noodle bar! From the moment we walked in, our server Tien made us feel right at home with his warm and welcoming personality. Not only was he incredibly courteous, he also had a great sense of humor that kept us laughing. The food was great and the service was attentive and timely, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

Had dinner with family after a show. The food was delicious! Ordered fried rice, shrimp and two sushi rolls. Our server Amber remembered our order and quickly noticed that we had been given the wrong sushi rolls. After the kitchen gave us the wrong rolls twice, she personally made sure we got the correct rolls. Very attentive and professional service!

From 5 star to 0 star. Notice the difference now August 2024. They slow down the service and food is gettting terrible. I dont feel like eating here anymore. Management are manipulating everything to maximize profit. There is now no urgency is getting orders and there menu is getting less and less

We visited Noodle Bar during our anniversary trip to Niagara Falls. Inside of Fallsview Casino, restaurant has good energy, service was excellent and food was delicious. Restaurant is always packed but they have ample seating. We sat at the sushi bar and tried the Wagyu sushi, Beef Tataki & Spicy Lobster Roll.

This Asian fusion restaurant was a very late night dinner option for me. With so many choices in downtown Niagara I still was craving to try this place. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The restaurant was very clean. This restaurant is wheelchair ♿️ accessible. This is a great option for casino card comp points. They have vegetarian options as well dietary restrictions upon request.
