Nobu's Noodles offers authentic Japanese Ramen noodles and an assortment of rice dishes, alongside other unique asian-infused cuisine created by Japanese chef & owner Nobu. His tasty, nourishing homemade bone broth and his famous teriyaki sauce are made onsite. He also mindfully provides vegetarian options. An array of Japanese unique specialty drinks, snacks and desserts can be found such as the Matcha Ice Cream or the much loved Japanese Cheesecake. Nobu's Noodles is a welcoming place known for its delicious comfort food, great service and reasonable prices enjoyed by the community, students, and faculty.
