The food here was good however it was not worth the hype, I have been to Nobu before in another city and it’s definitely the atmosphere that creates a good vibe, not mainly the food. The drinks were amazing though. The service here was a bit off and not the best.

Honestly I thought it was gonna be overhyped, but we had an amazing experience and the food blew past all my expectations. We sat at the sushi bar so it was easy and convenient to order the cold dishes and it was fun to watch the chef make the rolls in front of us; we also really enjoyed all the warm dishes. The dishes came out one by one and the portion sizes were perfect for us to enjoy everything without getting too full since we ordered quite a few things. The interior of the restaurant was really nice and felt intimate. The cocktails were a bit overpriced but everything else was well worth it and I highly highly recommend.

Beautiful space and an overall good experience. The vibe didn’t live up to the hype but it was a Sunday. The cod, rock shrimp and cauliflower were delicious. Cocktails were over priced.

Overall, the experience at this location was very good. The service was great, as our waitress went above and beyond to ensure my girlfriend and I fully understood the menu as well as gave us the top recommendations for food and drinks. Despite the portions being on the smaller side, it was rather filling. I would certainly recommend it for the experience!

Came here last month - We ordered: Tuna Tataki👌 Yellowtail Jalepeno Rock Shrimp Tempura Black Cod Miso👌 House Special Sushi I was so excited to come here but it turned out quite underwhelming. The food was decent but nothing really stood out and wowed us. The Tuna takaki was very fresh with high quality Tuna and marinade but the black cod was the best dish of the night and only item we felt was really worth it in terms of taste and portion! On top of this, when we first arrived, the server actually refused to give us the food menu when we asked for it until after we ordered drinks from the drink menu.🤷‍♀️ The restaurant really is gorgeous, although it can be hard to find and see the bathrooms because it is down at dark hallway with black doors that blend with the wall.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. The food was good. We got the miso cod which was our favourite. I got the truffle rice which was good, however I didn’t like the fish flakes on to. I felt it ruined the dish for me. Our server was lovely and gave us a little dessert for our anniversary. The service here was truly amazing.

We came here for a celebration and the ambience and service were amazing. The food was good but not worth the price. The prices at this location are mind blowing. We got a few dishes from their menu and everything was tasty. However Toronto has some amazing sushi and restaurants in general. There’s no need to spend this much on this kind of food

Nobu had quickly become my favorite restaurant in Toronto. I am happy to say that this place lives up to the hype. You feel like royalty the second you arrive and the experience only goes up from there. The food is incredibly fresh and flavorful. Each dish was curated to perfection.. not a single complaint. Top dishes were the Sea Bass, Beef Kushiyaki and the Salmon Tataki… but they were all amazing. For dessert, the 80% Dark Chocolate Ice-cream is a must try. Simple, but something you can’t miss out on. Service was top-tier. Shoutout to Anna for making our night very special. Prices are steep, but it’s Nobu. In my opinion, worth every single dime.
