We had lunch and all rolls on our first visit, overall the taste was quite good, rice seasoned nice and fish seemed fresh. Lots of good value combo's at lunch time. Couple of things come to mind; rolls were a bit loose and rice was a bit thick, also it was weird that tonkatsu sauce was used as a drizzle on their rolls vs a sweeter base. I give them 7.5/10!

Finally found a Japanese restaurant not putting avocado into their rolls - which is a real Japanese flavor! That's perfect!!! Fishes are fresh and the tempura taste fantastic. Nice place that deserves recommendations 😆

Came to get my fix on Japanese food, especially the Sashimi. Food was good 👍🏻 The menu is extensive, and price is reasonable especially for the set lunch. They have drinks with snack menu too. So glad that we don’t have to go all the way downtown for authentic Japanese food. Btw, they have an outlet downtown.

Loved it! Very good quality and tasty food with nice preparation. Fish was fresh, and the platter had a variety of choices. Rice was not too sweet and cooked perfectly. Their salad dressing is my favorite! We want to go back to this place for dine-in.

Great little sushi restaurant. Seafoods are served fresh, delicious and beautiful presentation. Very friendly servers. Fair market price. Definitely will coming back for lunch Summer 2024 update I’m craving for fresh zushi, so I come back here. I ordered sashimi special, serving with small sesame dressed salad and miso soup. Sashimi are awesome, maki pieces really kicked my taste bud. Service was fantastic.

Absolutely love Nigiri-Ya. Staff are very attentive. They've remembered our order from the third time we visited. They know exactly what we want. We feel terrible that we are always coming in late at 8pm but the staff are very nice about it and have never rushed us. The food is amazing and delicious. This place has quickly become our new favourite.
