Even though they were closed, they still were able to offer me service and to give me some food!! Truly amazing staff, I would not recommend anyone else but these guys, A+ in customer service!!!

I normally buy my fries here at Yorkdale location. Always hot and freshly made which I love. I saw some other people mention funky cups. I am not sure what they ordered to get those as I actually miss having the fries in the cups. They are now in a different box. I hope the cups make a comeback. Otherwise, it is truly a great location to visit as the fries are always done well.

Ok...I barely would give a restaurant inside a food court a 5 star review...but this new York fries location at Yorkdale is different...foods not too bad remaind same taste like other locations...but the staffs there do make a pretty good different! Which letting me giving them a 5 star review....keep going! And the funky cup is pretty cool!!!

This location is inside the Yorkdale shopping mall. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff were friendly and efficient. One of my only complaints are the cups. I understand why they are doing it for the environment but it looks really weird. Lots of seating.
