Quality seems to have gone down with all the new workers. 50-80% of the fries are undercooked in any given poutine. What happened ? Very disappointed.

I would give it negative stars on service if possible. Tried placing an order, it got ignored. So, when the order was cancelled I tried calling the Pen Center location to confirm they were open, and they just picked up and hung up. Multiple times. Or didn’t answer the phone period, and let the voicemail that is not set up to pick up the call. I order from there on a REGULAR basis.. well that’s about to change. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

We have been coming here for years. We are impressed with the current lunch time staff. They are very courteous, polite and efficient The place is spotless, and the fries are hot. It’s not very often that you see familiar faces at a food court restaurant. They should be well compensated!!

Ronald was amazing. He promptly waited on us. Took our order, asked if we needed anything else. He even asked if we were CAA members for the discount. We have never been asked that. We are members and didn’t know a discount was offered. Ronald was very pleasant and our food was ready quickly. It was fresh and hot. 5 stars!!

I work in the mall and am a regular. The value you get is unmatched for $12 you can get a pop fries and a hot dog. The staff are very friendly and the food is consistently great. If you’re in the mall and hungry definitely try this place out.

I went to new york fried after so long today had an amazing experience. The manager Jas was so nice and took his time explaining the menu so i could pick the best option for myself. The food was hot and fresh and made within minutes. The staff was extremely nice and greeted me with a smile. Great place to visit!

The food was great ! Got the nachos fries so generous with the cheese 🧀! And ordered a basic hotdog which was also pretty good , we where two people and we where stuffed halfway ! Highly recommended 🍟 🌭
