I came through to get some fries for my girlfriend and I got regular bacon double cheese and she got a regular veggie fries. Both of our fries on the surface seemed fully cooked but after biting into them were severely disappointed with fries that were not crispy, crunchy and the insides were not fully cooked on average. An additional point I have to add is that I got sour cream on my bacon double cheese which gave me a weird flavour combo I wish I didn’t experience as I’m pretty sure it’s not supposed to have that on it. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was the Oshawa Center.

Disappointed. Ordered fresh cut without and toppings. If with toppings, i don't think i would find the fries was that bad. Some crispy and some soggy. The soggy one filled with oil. Don't know why cooked differently. Thought the franchise was supposed to standardize the food quality. Ended up paying 9.26 and trashed half of it. Thank you. My bad forgot to read real reviews before went there.

Don’t believe the hype; these reviews are largely all fake. Paying for reviews is a thing. No restaurant has a profile like this, and certainly not this Recipe Unlimited restaurant. I ordered pick-up through Uber about a month ago. I ordered two regular poutine with extra cheese. What I got was extremely poor value: both boxes were not filled as they normally would be and I got what I felt was less cheese than just a normal poutine (remember, I paid for extra cheese). This and other restaurants in this company, including East Side Mario’s have slipped in quality and quantity, and clearly in ethics related to “customer” reviews. Avoid.

Both the order taker and food maker are really friendly and patient! The order taker explained the sizes and prices in details. The food maker is trying his best to give me any veggie options they have and I want! At the end, they kindly asked me to do the survey as well! :)
