Usually when I order here it’s fine. But today I placed an order with Diet Pepsi and was given normal Pepsi. There were a couple of other small things but I don’t think it’s really worth mentioning, those weren’t big deals that affect my medical state. This wouldn’t be a huge issue to most, but I have type I diabetes. It spiked my blood sugar. What an upsetting thing. It will remain high for hours now because of this, the worker seemed inattentive with an AirPod in and on the phone, usually again I overlook things like this, however this is very disappointing and has caused medical issues for me now that may make things much harder for me the rest of the day.

What a good service New York Fries located at Jackson Square. When Maissy one of the staff of New York Fries she was really good and amazing. I ordered the food when she gave the food she gave us sweet Sweet smile and polite manners. Good job to the staffs of New York Fries.

Horrible the manager was ignorant and rude i went to get my daughter food as i put my money on the counter she accused me of throwing it at her and left my daughter to go with out as she was standing their crying new york fries in jackson square do better and get a new location manager because the one you have now isn’t right for the job

Highkey best location I’ve been to for NYF, they actually give me a straw and a REALLY good amount of fries compared to others (looking at u square one location). Also the hotdog texture here doesn’t make me want to cry 🙏 the ppl working here are also always so chill I think I’m considered a regular at this point lol but the fries are fr always super crispy and good 💯 the ppl working here always work super fast they should get a raise I’m gonna be so real like damn bonus points for literally never messing up my drink too (I need diet due to being type one diabetic) it’s great dude

Receive Good service from both girls one was from Philliphine and other was Indian married girl. They serve me in very good way their nature was also nice .

The hotdog was fine. The Poutine I got was awful. The fries were terribly under cooked and soaked in flavorless cheese sauce. $25 for a hotdog and poutine is crazy but at least the food should be good. It was terrible.
