I just tried to call. No answer. I get you're busy, but I tried to call twice. I pay for extra stuff, like extra cheese curds and bacon, which I didn't get. Hardly anything is there The box is only half full, for a large. Missing spices This was to go. This was all on the receipt, and yet it wasn't followed. When paying for extra, you should get the extra stuff. Unbelievable

My first visit to New York Fries was fantastic! The food was fresh, and full of flavor. Rhona was super friendly and provided great customer service, making the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back!

I cannot believe this nonsense. So, NY Fries has caved to the woke government farce with paper cup that you cannot even drink out of. I’m sure tyrannical, dictator Trudeau will be pleased with your compliance. This is my last visit to NY Fries. And the gravy and fries were overcooked, and too salty. This was on the ridiculous cup… WHAT'S UP WITH THIS FUNKY CUP? “Yup, it's funky all right - but even better than its cool looks is that this cup is made of 100% paper and is 100% compostable and biodegradable. While this may not fel like a big deal, it also does not require a plastic lid. It's the new way to drink responsibly - cheers to that!”. What a joke.

Went to NY Fries with my wife, had 2 hot dogs large fries and drinks. Everything was great! Even better was the professional and friendly service we received from the 2 guys at cash and putting the food on our tray. We need more service like this!! Well done

Great mall food court experience! Fresh and delicious with pretty decent service. Staff kept the line moving efficiently and I received my order of two classic poutines in no time. Would recommend!

The guys that work here are AMAZING. They have a great prompt system of getting your drink/food served to you quickly. They are very well mannered, friendly & approachable. This is by far my favourite location at Limeridge Mall.

Love this place it always brings me nostalgia from 30 years ago when my best friend and I would go there when we were teenagers, his sister worked there and we would get fries, and sit and chat in the food court. The food is always high quality, fresh, and delicious only got better over time! I love the hotdogs they are juicy, cooked to perfection and a great size for the price! Their fries are always crispy, and the gravy is a perfect addition to them! I highly recommend them! 👌
