NYF's delicious fresh cut fries are the base for a variety of gourmet poutines. From Classic (vegetarian) Poutine and Pulled Pork Poutine to Butter Chicken Poutine and Bacon Double Cheese Poutine, you are sure to find a favourite at New York Fries. NYF also sells a premium chicken & beef hot dog with no additives or artificial preservatives as well as a variety of sauces and dips. Vegetarian, Gluten-Free and Vegan friendly options available.

Every time I walked by the store one of , the young lady's greet me with a smile weather I stop or keep walking by. I have been walking by this Store for over a year now and I can always count on a smile from one of the employees which makes me feel happy The service is quick and reliable and I always leave with a smile on my face thank you, New York. fries 💜

New York Fries at Dufferin Mall is an absolute gem! Every time I visit, the staff greet me with such positivity and genuine smiles. It’s clear they care about creating a warm, welcoming experience for every customer. Their energy and enthusiasm make my day every time I stop by! The fries are always fresh, hot, and delicious, but it’s the staff who truly make this place stand out. They serve each order with care, and you can feel the team spirit in their work. The best New York Fries. I am working in the mall and eat here almost everyday. It is my treat for the day and I was always greeted with warm smile and great services- the food is great, the staff is super friendly

Everytime I come here I am greeted with a smile, & positive energy. & it makes all the difference. The employees here have the best customer service, & are always so friendly. I probably come here way to often for my own health (lol) but not once have they made a mistake on my order, or have treated me even remotely bad. i love it here.

By far one of the worst New York fries restaurants I have ever been to. We ordered a medium works and the fries were burnt, I went back to the counter and asked if they can remake it and even asked for a smaller size and the older lady that works there was so angry and rude as if the fries were coming from her own pocket. Slamming things, making the food as if she was so upset with me for asking to remake the burnt works fries. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager allowed that behaviour to continue until I asked for my money back which she didn’t oblige to but instead forced me to take the small order of the works. I have been a manager for over 20 years and would never let my staff treat a customer the way the older miserable lady did. Please screen your managers and staff better.

As a mall employee, the staff at this establishment are extremely friendly and prepare meals very efficiently. It is always a pleasant experience interacting with them! They always give a generous amount of toppings!
