I used to visit this restaurant frequently since it was the only Indian option near my home, but my experience kept getting worse each time. The food was consistently disappointing—never worth the price, often below average, and occasionally inedible. The staff’s attitude was equally unwelcoming, frequently making customers feel uncomfortable. They rarely offer water unless asked repeatedly, and it’s common to wait at the counter with no one there to assist. One staff member, Raman, stands out as the only person who knows how to properly attend to customers, while the rest fail to make you feel valued or greeted. On my last visit, I ordered noodles that tasted overly sweet and unpleasant. After calling the staff multiple times, one person finally arrived and rudely responded, “This is all we serve,” when I asked if they could make the noodles spicier. After much insistence, they returned with noodles overly loaded with red chilies, making them inedible. Overall, my experience has been consistently poor. The restaurant needs to seriously work on both the quality of its food and the attitude of its staff. Politeness, attentiveness, and hospitality are crucial in ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued.

Ordered fried rice for take out and asked it to be extra spicy. Leave spicy, it does not even have any salt and red chilli powder in it. The rice is really old and isn’t even mixed properly with the veggies!!!! Doesn’t taste edible at all.

I did the uber eats yesterday for a Veg thali which was a disaster. Curries were so bad in taste. Naan bread was burnt and so thick, so hard to chew. First and last time. I wouldn't order again for sure.

3rd Experience: Dine-In This was our first time dinning in, and our overall experience was wonderful. The man at the reception was extremely welcoming, while the young lady serving us served everything with an endearing smile. We ordered Malai chaap, paneer kadai and garlic naan. The chaap & naan were amazing. As for the paneer, it was a little different than what kadai paneer usually tastes, but tasty none the less. Thank you for the honest flavours & warm hospitality New Punjabi Flavors. Shall order again 😃 2nd Experience: Takeout Non vegetarian Thali: Exceptional food & taste. The quantity was great too! Aloo Paratha - Good size and delicious filling. Also, our Uber driver got the incomplete order, but the restaurant was kind enough to deliver it to us for free. Thank you! First experience: Takeout 1. Jalebi - They were crisp on the outside, and not too sweet. I loved them! 2. Bhel Puri - Well made. Although you could find tamarind sauce & green chili sauce in the market. Add them, along with a few tomatoes & cilantro. I added a dollop each, and they did wonders to the flavours. 3. Samosa Chat- Average. 4. Chicken Tikka wrap- All the ingredients used were fresh, but it lacked flavour. Maybe increase the spice level by adding Thai chillies or something in your gravy? The chicken was on point, & filling too. Overall all their dishes were fresh, so a big thumbs up for that, just improve the flavours. Add & minus spices depending on your audience.

Walked in here on a whim and I enjoyed my meal. The server was unaware that palak paneer was on the walk-in special, but she was very polite and did her best to communicate with us and the kitchen. Food presentation could be nicer but it felt like a homemade dish. I'd recommend the palak paneer if they have it, it's warm and creamy and well-seasoned. My friend ordered lamb curry on rice and it tasted good. Very big portions, I took half of mine home.

This newly opened joint has had a few negative reviews and a few positive, but almost none from Google local guides. So I decided to check it out for myself and was pleasantly surprised. Even though there was no one in the restaurant at night, I decided for a takeout. Ordering through the phone, it was taken smoothly and food was ready within 15 mins. Butter Chicken was really good. Lamb tikka masala was mediocre but not bad. Notice that size difference is because one was medium and one regular. Garlic Naan was soft and topped with nicely smoked sesame. In all, food wise I had a pleasant experience and hope they maintain consistency in quality and taste since there is not much similar competition at this location. As you can see in the photos, they have a counter selling mithai's (Indian sweets), which I'll try the next time. The lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful.

The owner/operator must really focus on maintaining cleanliness and hire a good chef. Pro tip : bring your own utensils to this place to avoid eating in their dirty dishes which haven’t been washed properly. Our order came undercooked and the noodles were raw , upon notifying the staff at the front about it , we received an amazing response from the chef and the staff , “We have cooked it to the best of our capabilities and can do nothing about it”. You guys definitely need training in a few things from customer service to cooking , i would suggest you start from cleanliness first. This was my third time here as this is a new restaurant that opened nearby , i wont be returning as the experience worsened with every visit. I have tried veg thali , sweets and hakka items and they are all disappointing in taste and hakka is served raw. I hope you guys take this review positively and work on the shortcomings.
