I ordered Paneer Tikka Masala, expecting a fully vegetarian dish, but to my surprise, I found a piece of chicken inside the curry. As a pure vegetarian, this was extremely disappointing and concerning. It's crucial for restaurants to ensure that orders are prepared according to customer specifications, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions. I hope this issue is addressed to prevent future occurrences.

I’ve ordered delivery first and take out second time. The food is delicious and it has been consistent during those couple of visits. Butter chicken was amazing, the sauce especially! Of course I get that with a side of chicken biryani rice or without the chicken. I also love the garlic naan. I didn’t take any pics of the food but definitely will next time, or might as well dine in to experience the full Indian cuisine.

Super delicious food and awesome catering New Masala Grill team, chefs Rahul, Harpreet. Food was delivered fresh and hot on time . Unbeaten prices offered By manager Rahul and Anmol. Definitely recommend. Ras Malai in desert was perfect. All my guests enjoyed food. Thanks and appreciation to New masala Grill.

Super thoughtful and caring host. Not only was he accurate with ETAs of food but he also gave accurate estimates of how much food my party would need. He also had the kitchen make the food in a schedule such that we could cancel our last order if we were too full. Beyond the hospitality the food tasted amazing, highly recommend the butter chicken with garlic naan and the samosa chaat

Been here a couple of times and it’s definitely the best Indian food in Hamilton!! Their butter chicken is unbeatable, the flavors kept getting better with each bite. The gulab jamun is also super yummy!!! Def one of our go to date spots now, if you’re looking for yummy Indian food, I wouldn’t think twice, highly recommended spot:) keep up the good work

We came here couple of weeks ago and ordered: Butter chicken (very delicious) Lamb vindaloo (it was ok) Vegetarian Beryani (good variety of veggies) Naan (very tasty) The service was great and very nice, relaxing atmosphere. Prices were very reasonable compared to other Indian restaurants! Definitely coming back!

A new find! Great food, very well made. We ordered some chef specials like Chicken Tornado and Chicken Volcano both of which were just great! Biryani was pretty good. And tandoori chicken was also nice. All considering, well worth the visit and the price.

Took my mom here for mothers day with family. Everything was delicious, we ate it before I can get proper photos! The fresh bread was amazing. The curries were all delicious and the chicken Tikka was tender
