Narcos Tacos

After a year of anticipation, I finally tried Narcos Tacos, and it did not disappoint. I only wish I’d visited sooner. The ambiance is inviting, the service is warm and attentive, and the food is truly exceptional. The birria tacos were the standout—rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. The chicken burrito bowl was equally impressive, with perfectly grilled chicken that added just the right touch of smoky goodness. If you’re craving top-notch Mexican food in the east end, Narcos Tacos is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back.

Halal birra tacos, excellent. Well made, you can tell it takes time to prepare. Looking for a change from the traditional halal options, give them a try.

The birria tacos are so good. Top 10 food I’ve ever had. I’ve tried the other tacos here and they were kind of mediocre. The birria tacos is by far their best taco. The other options on the menu are pretty good in my experience. The staff is nice and cleans up often. The atmosphere just feels a little off, kind of like a plastic seating warehouse. The washrooms are also really disgusting.

Absolutely loved the food! I came around 2 was not that busy. I loved the service dua provided, she not only served us with her beautiful smile but she also made us order the best portion.

Ive been driving past this place for over 1 year hoping to get a chance to go, therefor i was really sad when it didnt live up to the hype. I ordered (recommendation) birria tacos and carnesada nachos. Birria tacos were fresh, hot and tasty. Close to a 4/5. Nachos on the other hand were so bad they were left untouched 0/5. Waste of $15, im really not sure how you mess up nachos. The nachos had steak that seemed to be cooked either the night before or at least 2-3 hours before. It was dry, chewy and cold. The nachos were stale and literally in crumbs… only maybe 3-4 solid chips on top. How do you eat nachos that are all crumbs? Seating was uncomfortable the table just kept slipping and sliding especially when eating such messy food like birria tacos… very annoying Service was fast and good. However, it doesnt make up for bad food. Over all i would come here again, only if i crave birria tacos (once a year) or i could possibly try them elsewhere. But i would never come here again to try something new. Too risky.

Narcos Tacos is one of my go-to taco spots in Scarborough for a quick and tasty bite, and this visit didn’t disappoint. The start of the show for me is still their birria tacos, where you can get 3 massive ones for $15.99, however I plan to try their quesadilla next time as my friend’s was delicious. Quality, portions, and taste are all amazing. The inside is spacious and a bright and nice vibe with lots of tables/seating, staff are friendly and helpful

Best Birria Tacos I have ever had in Canada. The tacos were nice and crispy on the outside and the inside was juicy and tender. Usually in other places it’s a soggy mess because of the juices and tenderness of the meat but not this place. The cheese on top with the fresh onions just hit the spot. Everything about the tacos were packed with flavour, this is a must try!!!

The flavor is very refreshing. I'd recommend the shrimp bowl and Chicken Tacos which is filling but not really heavy on the gut for the ladies. The beef tacos were tasty too! Shrimp Bowl is good for 2 servings and they're very generous with the portion. It's reasonably priced. Staff, especially, those in the counter were very accommodating and cheerful. Would love to come back to try their other menu. We arrived around 10 pm but there was still a line and the place was about 60% full. The area is enough to accommodate more or less 25 people inside and observed an outdoor dining as well. Parking is sufficient.
