Since 1962, we have been passionately and proudly preparing and serving authentic Italian cuisine. We specialize in pizzas and house made pastas. We encourage guests to make reservations (www.napoliristorante.ca). We do our best to accommodate walk-ins. We do have a small lounge and bar area for guests to enjoy a cocktail while they wait for our table.

The food was amazing!! We had the gnocchi and americana pizza. The restraunt has a great cozy atmosphere and the service is great! It is a very busy restaurant so if you are going on the friday or the weekend and don't have a reservation, expect to wait around half an hour for a table (you can get a drink at the bar while you wait).

Napoli Ristorante has become my GO-TO restaurant for the Niagara Falls area. I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else after having three perfect evenings at Napoli. I wanted to mention the great customer service provided by Anthony. He assisted me with making my reservations and was always accommodating via email. The food is absolutely amazing! Everything we’ve ever tried has been top-tier. As an app, you MUST get the focaccia bread with ricotta and honey. I’m still thinking about it a month later! Also the arancini were delicious! For pasta, they have all been good, but I recommend the Mafalda Con Funghi. Their pizzas are amazing too! Lastly I have to mention JORGE. He is the best server I’ve EVER had in my entire life. Literal and utter PERFECTION! There is not one negative thing I can think of. He is perfect in every aspect. He is sincere and just an incredibly nice guy. See you soon NAPOLI!

Pasta was exquisite. It was just the right level of creamy and savoury. Pasta was cooked perfectly not too al dente nor overcooked. Wish it came with some sort of protein though. Pepperoni was very flavourful on the pizza. A little too strong for my taste but partner found it yum. And the service was great. There was a big party so the server got tied up with them causing us to wait at times. But that’s understandable. Other staff members were just as helpful.

What a great experience, started with our amazing server Joe, what a genuine person, he gave us his best selections for apps and dinner, you can tell he REALLY cares about customer service, he was very kind and funny, then came the food WOW! So much flavor yet simple dishes,we had the focaccia with ricotta and honey for appetizer, what a flavourful dish, for our dinners we ordered the margarita pizza, rib eye steak(WOWZER) and the osso bucco gnocchi, we shared all the dishes, and let me say they were all AMAZING; the owner Anthony also sent us a complimentary cheese cake, which also did not disappoint. From the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU Napoli staff, you made our dining experience unforgettable. We can’t wait to be back. Did I mention everything is homemade and fresh there?? ❤️

From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. The highlight of our meal was undoubtedly the food. Overall, Napoli Ristorante Pizzeria offers an authentic Italian dining experience that is hard to beat. Highly recommended!

I can really appreciate when I eat authentic Italian food and this place didn’t disappoint. We ordered the Margherita and Bianca pizzas, they are delicious. And the Cannoli is really spectacular. We also loved the atmosphere and ambiance. Finally, our server Luis went above and beyond to give us a wonderful experience. We will be back for sure!
