NAMASTE INDIAN RESTAURANT

Today i ordered a “premium veg thali”delivery via skip from this Scarborough location for a sick friend ,who already had some digestive issues, hoping to provide some comfort. Instead, we found a dead insect in the rice! This is beyond unacceptable. Given her condition, as she was already hospitalized, this could lead to serious health complications or food poisoning. The last thing she needed was nasty food that could exacerbate her issues. It’s infuriating that a restaurant would let such a significant lapse in hygiene occur. I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed. This establishment needs to seriously improve its hygiene standards. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Worst farali food, I ordered buffwada and sabudana vada but buffwada was burnt and not even properly fried. I throwed the buffwada. I went home and found it.

This restaurant has quickly become our top pick in town for homemade Pani Puri. After trying their Missal Pav and Sweets, we were transported back home. Vinod pays attention to spice levels, guaranteeing a delightful dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone craving authentic flavors.

We came here for Panipuri as Panchvati had closed by 8:15 p.m., and it was a Sunday night. There was a choice of 6 flavors of Panipuri, i.e., garlic, spicy red , jeera, namaste special, regular, and hajam. We enjoyed the namaste special and hajam the most. Vinod was very friendly, and he made amazing panipuri. Fortunately, it wasn't crowded. If you enjoy panipuri or phuchka or gol gappa depending on which part of India you belong to, then do give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

We have tried some snacks from this store in past and we loved their Dabeli and Dahi puri!! Yesterday while our visit in Scarborough we decided to go for it again. But unfortunately the taste was way different. Dabeli had too much of stuffing and spicy. And dahi puri had very less dahi in it. I wish you could maintain the taste of these snacks!!

I go to this place quite often and the staff there is also courteous, I usually buy from their already prepared food that is in the display where they have few curries, noodles etc and sometimes I try their Pavbhaji, Khaman, Dhokla, Samosas, Chinese Puff, Paneer Puff etc and all of those items are pretty good. Their price is also quite good. They do have small dine in area counter if you want to eat your snacks but not good enough to have lunch or dinner there as you have to stand while eating.
