My partner was craving Nigerian food and I picked up an order for us. 1 egusi and gari and 1 efo and poundo. The soups were very small portion and extremely oily. In terms of decor and atmosphere, I don't know if they just moved to the location but the sign outside says taco and there was water dripping from the bottom of the food station. Always like to support black business but I will not be returning here.

Ordered jollof rice from this restaurant tonight and not only did they messed up my order but the food tastes like it was cooked three days ago. I ordered jollof rice with beef, plantain and a side of suya but upon getting the food, plantain was missing, food was cold and they gave me extra assorted meat instead of the suya I ordered. Beware and go somewhere else

Terrible service and energy. Do not eat here. I brought three friends enthusiastically to try based on reviews. Because 2 of us are vegetarians, which we explained, we were asking about some of the menu items (“jollof plus 2 proteins”), if beans could count towards a protein. The woman first ignored the question all together acting like we did not exist. Then lashed out and said harshly that I am confusing her by our question and was completely rude and dismissive. We left without ordering and will NEVER go back, to their new location either. Hopefully they take this feedback and lose the negative energy of staff towards customers. Ridiculous.

I ordered for fried rice and puff puff. I was very very disappointed with the food. The rice was very cold, stale and tasteless, and the puff puff very cold. I had to throw away the food for fear of having a food poisoning. I am extremely disappointed, and just wasted my 42 CAD. I had to reorder pizza from Papa John's. I wish I had read the reviews prior to placing the order. Warming the food in a microwave before delivery would have at least made a change. I do not recommend this eatery.

We ordered Grilled peppered fish and fried plantain ($41) with Ayamase or regular stew with white rice ($24). I can’t even start complaining. The stew for the rice and grilled fish was raw. We got porridge which was not in the order instead of plantain. The fish was tasteless, for $40, they us head and tail. It feels like they just gave us they had or rushed something, warmed it and packed it for delivery. Don’t let me even get started on the Yam. We need to understand that sometimes it’s not about the sale we make but the service we render. If you don’t have, say you don’t have. Raw pepper?! I’m disappointed.

The staff were friendly, and the design and atmosphere were great with authentic touches. However, as someone not familiar with the West African food, it was very difficult to order. The food was visible, and I choosed couple of options, but it seemed like I wasn't getting the right combo of which food goes with rice, and which with the puffs. I think having a menu could make the process easier for people not familiar with the food. I had the jollof rice with beef, and the rice was very good, but the beef was too dry for my liking. The portion size was big, howevere there was too much rice and little beef. The price was a little high. I might go back one more time to try something different because I like the atmosphere and the people, and I feel like I might have gotten the wrong food for my liking.

Wildly expensive for what you're getting. Spent $43 on small portions of rice and 4 pieces of meat in total. Look at my spoon for size comparison. Service was pretty poor, when I asked what was on them menu since they didn't have one, the lady behind the counter just pointed at the cafeteria style display. The fish was decent but honestly, just make your own at home. Not worth it at all.

WOW. That's one word to say for this place. The staff are friendly, they explained each menu in details. There will be live music coming soon. We had one plate for each menu they have and they're amazing. Their jollof rice was the main star!
