I went with friends who were doing shisha. I can't comment on the Shisha since I do not do shisha. I ordered a Raspberry Mojito and Nachos with beef. Both items were overpriced and did not meet my expectations. The meat had an odd taste and the Mojito was simply a disgusting overly sweet syrup instead of fresh muddled Raspberry and fresh mint. The mint was chopped like cilantro in my drink which was off-putting. Definitely not worth the price.

As good as the place may seem based on several reviews; unfortunately, my experience has always been mediocre. I gave the place another chance the other day and to summarize I only experienced slow service, sometimes super slow (as per below), while the seating was congested and simply not up to par. My recent visit involved just me and a friend ordering two sheeshas and a drink + chai. Seeing how the place wasn't full I assumed it wouldn't take too long for things to arrive. (15mins) After the initial 15minutes of waiting, I called one of the servers to check on the status of the order, "just 5 minutes, the drinks are being prepared", he said. (30mins) After 15 more minutes, I called him again and requested if they could bring us our drinks at the very least, "just 2 more minutes", he said. As a note - the place still isn't full to capacity. The table me and my friend were placed on was in the middle, where people were continuosly scrapping off my chair to run towards the washroom. They really should modify the placement of tables. Anyway, back to the story.. (45mins) After 15 more minutes, I became a bit impatient but (still) calmly requested "What's taking so long, brother?", "Oh, we ran out of sheeshas, so we are simply waiting on people to finish, apologies, we just got the sheeshas now, its being prepped", he said. No recollection that we still didn't have our drinks yet, he stormed into the kitchen. And me and my friend stared at each other with confusion. Must have been a bad night. Or maybe new staff. Me and my friend simply left afterwards. Apologies if you had prepared our order but to make us wait almost an hour, without any follow-ups is a HUGE negative on your customer experience. Very disappointing for me, this has happened twice now. Initially, I didn't want to leave a bad review but it needs to be said. Don't think I'll be returning anytime soon. Good luck to you guys though.

Great spot to grab a bite and chill for the evening. Amazing sheesha, reasonably priced food and drinks. Always a good vibe. Hang out with your partner or with a group of friends. Very cozy ambience. Music is always on point.

Hit up this place with a buddy on a Friday night and was impressed. From the warm welcome, to the music and atmosphere, we were soon ordering our grape mint shisha and food. We really enjoyed the onion rings and wings. The owner recommended to us his favourite flavour which was hot and honey garlic. Flavours were excellent and the wings were perfectly breaded, fried, and tossed in the sauce. Watch out Ivey Arms! The shisha service was also excellent. These guys use some high-end shishas with perfectly cubed coal. Which was replaced regularly without us having to ask. The ventilation in the lounge was also fantastic, and bathrooms were very clean. Would definitely come back here again.

My sisters and I wanted a place to grab some drinks and chill. This place popped up and we decided to give it a go and it’s safe to say we were NOT disappointed. They are relatively new and had great ambience. We got the pina colada, raspberry mojito and the blue Curacao. I also asked for extra mint and the person available was happy to add it for me. Overall it’s a great place to go to grab some drinks and chill. They also serve karak chai which I loved. Is definitely recommend going here!!

Thank you SHAHROZ for an outstanding dining experience. The ambiance was perfect—cozy, making it an ideal for sheesha spot. The menu had a fantastic variety, and the dishes I ordered were absolutely delicious. Every bite was bursting with flavor, and the presentation was top-notch. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made excellent recommendations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food and service!
