My Shawarma

I recently visited this Shawarma place and tried their Chicken Bowl, and I must say, it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The bowl was packed with flavor—tender, perfectly seasoned chicken, accompanied by fresh, crisp vegetables, and a generous drizzle of their signature sauce. Every bite was a balance of spices and freshness that made the whole meal feel indulgent without being overwhelming. What truly stood out, though, was the customer service. Harsh and Harman were absolutely exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and even took the time to recommend the best items on the menu. Their warmth and professionalism really elevated the entire experience. Additionally, the location itself is very convenient, with plenty of free parking spots in the plaza. This made it easy to pop in without worrying about parking, which is a nice bonus in a busy area. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for anyone in the mood for a delicious, flavorful meal paired with top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back! Harsh and Harman both are amazing in customer service. Were very welcoming, calm and had smile on their face the whole time.

We had an amazing time here. Food is delicious and value for money. The girl who did the Service is really amazing. So patient and warm behaviour. One the owners was also there taking of us(Sahil). Do come and try here.

Absolutely loved everything about this shawarma spot food was good and decent prices. There was lots of seating area and good music and lighting. Service was impeccable it was a very difference experience for a shawarma spot, it was like I was at a restaurant. They came to me to take my order and delivered the food right to me. 10/10

A Cringeworthy Dining Experience where the Server's Obsession with Google Reviews takes Center Stage. I'm still trying to process the unmitigated disaster that was my recent visit to this place. The food was mediocre as far as Shawarma places go, the ambiance was lacking, but the real pièce de résistance was our server's relentless, cringeworthy pursuit of Google reviews. It started innocently enough. Our server would occasionally ask how our meal was, but things quickly took a turn for the absurd. Because, Every. Single. Time, she came to our table, the conversation would inevitably steer towards Google reviews. But that wasn't even the weirdest part. When I politely declined to commit to leaving a review during my meal, the server resorted to outright bribery. Yes, you've read that right. She offered us free desserts in exchange for positive reviews. I was taken aback by the sheer audacity of this request. Is this really what passes for customer service these days? In short, this place is a joke. The food is forgettable, the service is atrocious, and the constant begging for Google reviews is just plain embarrassing. Avoid this place like the plague. Will I return? Only if I want to relive the horror of being constantly solicited for Google reviews.
