As soon as I knew that they opened a Scarborough branch, I couldn't wait and go try it. And I was not disappointed. Everything is immaculate. The tea was exactly how my mom makes it. It reminded me of home🥹. I ordered Mutabak beef and classic they were absolutely delicious 😋. And the Yemeni puffs were out of this world. Everything about this place reminded me of my beloved home. I 100% recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Mutabak & Karak restaurant in Scarborough, and it was an excellent experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy some delicious food. I tried the beef mutabak, and it was absolutely fantastic—flavorful and cooked to perfection. The Yemeni buffs were also a highlight, offering a unique taste that I couldn't get enough of. Abdulaziz, who served us, was incredibly attentive and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed and provided great recommendations. His excellent service truly enhanced our dining experience. I highly recommend Mutabak & Karak for anyone looking to enjoy authentic cuisine with top-notch service!

We are happy to see Mutabak Karak in Scarbrough, The place offers dinning in service and makes it easier for family and friends to gather and enjoy quality time together. I visited one of this restaurant’s branches, which is their second location, as their main branch is in Mississauga. This was my third experience with the restaurant, and from the very beginning, I was impressed by their exceptional cleanliness, reflecting great attention to detail. Additionally, the staff was very professional and friendly. I ordered the Masoob with cream and honey. The waiting time was approximately 7 minutes, which I found very reasonable. The dish was served fresh, hot, and ready to enjoy. The Masoob was truly delightful and brought back memories of home. What stood out to me the most was how perfectly balanced the dish was—the ratio of bananas and cream was spot on, allowing the flavors to blend harmoniously and shine beautifully. I’d like to express my appreciation to the restaurant for maintaining such high standards of quality. I would also like to suggest adding a millet flour Ma’soob option to the menu, which I believe would be a fantastic addition. I’m looking forward to returning soon!

My experience at Mutabak Karak was absolutely amazing! The mutabak was incredibly delicious and perfectly prepared, with authentic flavors that transport you to another world. The karak tea was exceptional, rich, and perfectly balanced. The service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a great meal. This will definitely be my go-to place whenever I’m craving mutabak and karak!
