We enjoyed our dining in there. The portion was generous, staff were friendly, and in total we had a good experience. It is a good choice for a quick lunch/dinner.

Great spot! First time I went here was in the pandemic Era. Love this place great food and for a pretty good price too. I love their chicken shawarma poutine.

I’ve been coming here for the past five years, and the staff has always been friendly and accommodating, serving portions that matched the price and dish I ordered. However, during my recent visit, there were two ladies working, and the skinnier one served us as if she were carefully counting each piece of salad, vegetable, and rice. I’ve never experienced this issue before.

The portion is big. I’ve attached photos. When they tell you the dinner is for 2, rest assured it’s really for 3 or 4. We over ordered by so much that we have to pack more than a third of it home. The price is reasonable. You can choose rice or couscous. We picked couscous and it didn’t disappoint. The lamb is extremely good. Beef and chicken are good too. The poutine is delicious. They don’t use cheese curds but they use melted cheese and it actually tastes better than the regular cheese curds poutine. They didn’t give us knives and I didn’t need knives to cut the meat as they are so tender. I’ll return.

The worst chicken shawarma wrap and dinner plate. Despite the long size, their wraps break apart easily. All three wraps fell apart. When I questioned the employee, she noted it could have been due to it being served hot. I highly disagree and believe it was because the wraps are fairly thin. Funny enough, even the wrapper teared apart too. Normally, most other shawarma locations have thicker wraps. They barely don’t break apart easily. The store should improve on serving thicker naan bread wraps! The one they use looks like a tortilla bread, which doesn’t work for what they serve. The flavour to the chicken was also not tasty or flavourful either. Aside from the taste and experience, the two ladies seemed very nice. Sorry, but I will not be returning again.

Service was amazing the guy who’s regularly there at night does a great job taking orders immediately and serving the next customer up right away. The food was fresh and these are one of the places that don’t use a flat top to cook shawarma. Good shawarma places use the pit and this is what they did. I will definitely go back.

the ladies were so nice there and the food was incredible!!! the customer service was amazing i’ve never walked into any sort of restaurant and had genuine service like u can feel when people are forcing their niceness these ones weren’t 10/10 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 edit: The day after i left this review i brought my leftovers for lunch and found a DEAD BUG in my food, it was in the very middle of my plate and i called several times the first two times i called they answered and said they’d let their boss know however i still have not received anything, this is a health and safety hazard.

We stopped by Mr. Zagros for lunch over the weekend. We ordered the Chicken Shawarma Wrap ($12.40) and the Mr. Zargos Plate ($25.99). The wrap could be split into two meals! Super impressed by the amount of food overall. I appreciate that the sauces and veggies were mixed prior to being wrapped with the meat. I love that the flavours and distribution of ingredients were consistent throughout the entire wrap! At other places, you'll get a huge bite of lettuce without anything else. The wrap was also made to order! The Mr. Zargos plate was also a large portion. You get your choice of veggies, rice/couscous, some potatoes, meat and freshly made bread. The staff were very friendly. The dining area is clean. Will be back when in the area for more!
