Hot Dog Bites at Mr Pretzel were good. The pretzel was soft and chewy and went well with the good piece of hot dog. We tried the creamy garlic sauce which complemented the Hog Dog Bites well. Overall, a good snack. That said, price point for amount of Hot Dog Bites you get is questionable.

Disappointed I love Mr. Pretzels at the Eaton Centre location, so I didn’t hesitate to try the Fairview Mall location. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a big disappointment. Let’s start with the service: they got my order wrong. While they did correct it after I pointed it out, another issue arose. When one of the staff members handed me my pretzel bite cup, he dropped one —and pretended it didn’t happen! For a snack that costs over $10, at the very least I think I should receive the full portion of my order. Staff should be trained in proper customer service. As for the food, I know what to expect from Mr. Pretzels, but the pretzel I received was cold—not “freshly baked” as advertised. I won’t be returning to this location again.
