An awful experience. Stuff plays dumb. Smiling with their plaster smiles, so unfriendly and not accomodating. I asked to make half an order and they said no with have no explanation. I don’t need a huge container of meat, asked for half, they smile and say no. How idiotic!! Awful experience, zero custemer service. So NOT custemer friendly. Terrible!!!

I like this place. It's not amazing but it's tasty and reasonably priced. Kinda wanna go back soon. Lots of choices if u like dumplings. Not authentic but well done americanized style food to cater most of us. If you are in the area and craving it check it out ! Mmm

garbage place i ordered 3 chicken with black bean sauce and i received something with brocoli and moushrom and idk and there was a few pc chicken but it was like not cooked and when i order thay are give it to me in like 2 min cmon no buddy can cook any food with 2 min never eat this garbage before !!!!!!@@#$%@$%$#@@!!! am really mad cuz i was hundry and travel like 30-35 to try this restourant never gonna come back i think am gonna call the ontario and close this restourant i dont wanna get sick cuz thay are lazy to cook it normal !!!!!

Absolutely awful customer service. Attempted three times to order. Was put on hold mid order to attend to others each time. If only dine in matter then why offer take out. Never ordering from here again.

I'd been going here since they opened up many years ago. The food is pretty good but the prices recently are way too high to visit here regularly.

It was our first time ordering from Mr Dumpling. We ordered the Szechuan beef, spring rolls, lemon chicken, fried wonton, and tofu chow mein. The beef and chow mein were really bad. Lemon chicken was decent. The spring rolls and fried wontons were the only saving grace.
