Moxies Square One Restaurant

I went to MOXIES last night to celebrate my birthday and would love to share my wonderful dining experience. I want to specifically commend the exceptional service provided by our server, Tyler. She was incredibly friendly, polite, and courteous, ensuring all our orders were handled promptly. Tyler frequently checked in on our table to make sure everything was perfect, which added a thoughtful and personal touch to the service. I ordered the Alfredo Chicken as my main dish, along with calamari and shrimp as appetizers, while my mom had the Power Bowl. The food was mostly delicious, and my mom thoroughly enjoyed the Power Bowl. I had a minor setback with the pasta. While the flavor wasn’t quite to my liking, being pungent and slightly overwhelmed by cheese. I didn’t want to make an issue of it. Despite that, Tyler went above and beyond by informing the manager, who personally came to our table to address my feedback with genuine care and concern. The manager sincerely apologized and offered to replace the dish, but I declined as I was already full from other items. To make up for it, they graciously offered a complimentary dessert, which was a lovely gesture. The way Tyler and the manager handled the situation was nothing short of exemplary, showcasing their dedication to customer satisfaction. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Tyler was AMAZING, and I’d happily give her and the manager five stars for their outstanding service! I’ve always had great experiences at Moxie, and this visit was no different. Thank you for making my birthday celebration so memorable!

I finsihed work late last night, I dropped by Moxie for a beer and a little snack, I saw the happy hours menu and I picked a few items, they are all good from snacks to main dish, special sauce on my steak was surprised and excellent. I enjoyed my beer and red wine, sitting and dinning environment are great even I was sitting at an open bar.

I want to extend my deepest thanks to Natalie for her exceptional service. Accommodating a group of 11 with limited time before we had to return to work was no easy task, but she handled it flawlessly. Not only did she manage to take our orders, serve our meals, and process payments efficiently, but she did it all with an infectious smile and genuine warmth. Her attention to detail—like ensuring our water was always topped up—really stood out. Despite the busyness of our table, Natalie made us feel completely at ease, creating such a positive and upbeat atmosphere. We all left feeling uplifted, and I just had to express how impressed and grateful we are. Thank you, Natalie!

A decent place to enjoy food with family and friends. Visited this interesting place with my family last week. Food was delicious and the vibes were good. Service was bit slow but no complaints. Had an amazing dinning experience.

Attended this restaurant for my friends birthday dinner. Service was amazing. It was fairly busy so had to wait a bit for service. But the environment is amazing. They had the Olympics playing and we’re cheering. Our server was Serena patient and helpful 10/10 recommend

Had their grilled salmon cobb salad and it was amazing. Grilled salmon was perfectly done without being dry. A slice of bacon for the win. Service is amazing. One of the supervisors asked if anyone had dietary restrictions then proceeded to ask whether it was okay to come into contact with other ingredients. My friend is GF but is okay for her meal to touch gluten. I appreciate that because some have restrictions by choice while others are by allergies or religion so cross contamination shouldn’t happen.

My son recently took me to Moxie's, and it was a culinary treat! The food was amazing, though the portions were smaller than my patience during holiday traffic. The service? Absolutely stellar, our waiter was as attentive as a mom with a newborn. The only downside was when my daughter, who loves kitchens and always tours every kitchen we dine at, asked for a kitchen tour and was politely refused. Her dreams of seeing the culinary wizards in action were dashed, and she left with a heavy heart. Overall, Moxie's provided an evening of fantastic food and excellent service, with just a hint of disappointment. We'll be back, hoping next time to catch a glimpse behind the culinary curtain!

Updated this weekend on Sat and had a great experience. Lauren our server was really personable, knowledgeable about the menu and made some great recommendations. The guacamole 🥑 is made fresh every day. We tried it with the taro chips that are so addictive. The new summer dishes are on point my Spicy Salmon sandwich was well seasoned and 🫠 in your mouth 😋 Moxie's, you got the food game on lock and service on point. Lauren you are crushing the customer service game.
