Food - good as expected. We ordered chhole bhature, fish pakoras, meat thali. Didn't take a lot of time to arrive. Service - attentive, approachable and friendly. Just a suggestion for the staff - when an item replacement in say a thali costs more, do let the customer know in advance. Ambience - nice. I saw reviews about chairs looking stained or washrooms being dirty. Well, it is not entirely the restaurant's responsibility but the manner in which these get used also reflects on the kind of people who visit the restaurant. The manager mentioned that they try best to keep em clean. Wait times - Saturday 4pm visit, no waiting to be seated, to place the order or for the food.

Excellent customer service and very clean restaurant. We ordered the Chana batura, and it was fresh and very filling. One batura was good for me, and they are huge and plenty of Chana and potatoes. Will be going back to other items. I'm glad they are now in mississauga as going to Gerrard St. location, don't have to deal with the Toronto traffic.

From the moment I walked in, the ambiance and the aroma of freshly prepared dishes set the tone for an amazing dining experience. The Mango Lassi stole the show for me – perfectly creamy, sweet, and refreshing. The Raj Kachori was an absolute delight, bursting with flavors and textures that left me craving more. Our go to place in Toronto on Gerrard Street now in Mississauga. Food was the exact same with some new items including Kebab Masala Chicken (picture attached and was amazing). Highly recommended!

Loved the variety and the taste. Hara bhara kebab was crispy and tasty. Garlic butter roti paired perfectly with kadai paneer. Simple, flavorful, and well-prepared. Will come back again.

From the moment we stepped in, we were transported straight to the heart of India. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with subtle touches of traditional decor that set the perfect mood for an authentic dining experience. The service was exceptional. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, especially the two guys at the counter, offering recommendations and explaining the dishes with great enthusiasm. The chef even took the time to come out and ask about our experience, which was a lovely personal touch. Whether you’re a fan of bold flavours or prefer something milder, Motimahal has something for everyone. Their Chana Bhatura and Raj Kachori is the best you will find in GTA. This place truly captures the essence of Indian cuisine, and we will certainly be back for more. Highly recommended!

My all time favourite restaurant, if you never been to Toronto branch trust me you are missing really food. Now you can have this awesome food without driving to Toronto.
