Very kind server, amazing food and drinks. My family enjoyed the pizza, sandwiches and cod tacos! Service was quick!

Taste of the food is good but the prices are ridiculously high. I ordered a salad with chicken for lunch and it was 32 dollars after tax. The salad was small even though I ordered the larger version. Better to order in or go off the hotel property.

I have attended an event in hotel here. I felt sick and had dizzy feeling. I left meeting room and sat in bar lounge. I felt absolutely unwell. While sitting there i fell asleep. It helped a lot with mt condition. Chairs and couch is so comfortable. I felt refreshed. Thank you Mosaic for this. However, a gray haired plumb middle aged lady woke me up by yelling loudly. She is working in Mosaic Bar Lounge. The attitude was so rude and disrespectful. I will never forget this. She should have asked kindly if i need help and why was sleeping there! I felt so judged and humiliated. I would have expected a better approach from such a classy place.

A welcome surprise. Excellent food and responsive service at an airport hotel. We had the burger for dinner - it was great. Large and very tasty. We had the buffet for breakfast. So much to choose from including nice variations on the standards.

Awesome supper (room service), so updating my review. After our terrible lunch experience in the dining room, we gave them another chance for dinner, and clearly the A team was working. The half chicken dinner was superb. Delivered within 20 minutes, warm, and delicious. Below is my original review (lunch): Lunch review: Incredibly slow, rude wait staff. Had to ask multiple times for things and each time took ages. Waiter got belligerent after seeing the low tip and deliberately made us wait for containers to take up to our room. He was making a show of it with his buddies in the kitchen area. He is on the wrong line of work. The normal menu was not available due to a dance group, so only a few options were available despite it being mostly empty. Chicken from grill was covered in foul tasting burnt crud. Pizza had little on it and the sauce was just tomato paste (nothing else). Caesar salad was just lettuce and dressing. So many more problems we were left laughing and dishing our heads. Even the takeout container was wrong.

Went here for breakfast. With $33 Buffett and $23 breakfast I would expect better service. I asked for a latte, it never came. I ended up drinking drip coffee after the server looked surprised when I reminded him of the coffee. My breakfast came. The sever said he was just toasting my toast. 10 min later, no toast and my food is cold. It bothered me more that when I mentioned these things he didn’t seem to register that he messed up. Just smiled and asking like “oops”.

My group and myself were overwhelmed with this place. Our plane was cancelled so we had to stay at this Hilton very late at night. Even though the kitchen closed at 11:00pm, there was still a full page menu of food with a wide variety of cultural options. We tried a bit of everything but especially enjoyed the pizzas and hummus. Cocktails were excellent as well. We came in 5 minutes before closing for breakfast and the staff were only too happy to keep the buffet open and reassure us that there was no rush. Food, coffee, juices, and service here is top tier! 5 stars is not enough. Side-note: The hours posted on Google aren’t exactly correct, they are open for breakfast much earlier than 11:00 and open a bit later.

Their Bombay Butter Chicken & Mosaic sald were really good & fresh. But the patty of my burger was burnt so it tasted bitter & burnt. What a shame! I though their burger at least should be better than any other dishes we'd ordered. But it turned out that the Indian food was the best in this restaurant ^ ^! The servers working at the restaurant were really friendly & attentive, which we really appreciated.
