2024 November 3.5★ Sushi that's open late. Good for late night meals. Located on the second floor. Shishito $5 Grilled green Japanese green peppers topped off with a bit of hot seasoning. Not bad. Kaki Fri $10 Small deep fried pieces of oysters. It's ok. Mori Deluxe sushi $34 Pretty good. Fish was fresh and pretty good. Though the rice was not compacted or not sticky enough and constantly fell apart when picked up. Was ok. Good for late night meals.

We went in at 5:30, we were the first ones in to be seated for dinner. The atmosphere is nice, lots of seating and great sushi selections. Oysters were $1 a piece, the oysters were tasty. They were sold out when we asked for a third round of oysters! The restaurant is not wheel chair accessible, there is a flight of stairs to climb up to get to the restaurant, and to get to the washroom there’s another flight of stairs fyi :)

The owner (I assume) was super nice - we were group of 5 people, and offered complimentary salad and miso soup. The food quality was actually pretty good and beyond my expectations. As we thought it was bar food quality place rather than an authentic sushi restaurant from the exterior outside. We really glad we gave this restaurant a try and will come back again.

I can't say it was great, but it was good. I expected it to be more flavorful. The dessert menu was especially limited and unremarkable.

The service and food were fantastic. The ambiance and sake combination were also excellent, making me want to come back again. I highly recommend trying the lunch and dinner specials. The reasonable prices, great taste, and high food quality were all impressive.

Pretty good food, a bit pricey for what you get however. The atmosphere is nice and it has a lot of space. Not a bad place to hang out and drink.

This place is uniquely decorated, which makes it an interesting atmosphere to sit and enjoy a good bite. The service was a little slow but not a deal breaker. The food was great, loved all the rolls that we ordered, the salad was decent, miso soup was pretty standard which I like and the tempura was large and crispy. Although a little pricey, I'll most likely go back.

Delicious and beautifully presented food. I loved the artificial cherry blossoms woven through the ceiling beams and bamboo (?) potted plants everywhere. Be aware that the online menu is not exactly the same as the in-restaurant menu (several dishes were listed as having 8 pcs, for example, but only ended up having 6 pcs when we ordered). For those looking for an upscale romantic atmosphere: Also be aware that despite the upscale feel of the website menu, this leans toward more a bar interior, especially with the big screens with sports playing, fast-food type small/thin paper napkins. Fine if it's what you're expecting, of course! The website photos, however, gave the impression of much more upscale atmosphere. Maybe it would help if the site included more of the restaurant, including the sports tv screens? But again....the food is fantastic. I would come back again for the food for a casual night with friends, but not for a special anniversary dinner.
