Tonight we ate here at Montana’s on Dixie before our early flight. We come often, 3 times per year! We stay at the double tree and eat dinner here before flights. Food was good but cold! 🥶 Was a long wait and our server was NOWHERE be found. Food was dropped off by another random person. Never were we asked how our food was, if we needed anything or if we wanted another drink. Dishes removed were by another waitress! Marcelle was a complete idiot!!! Scatter brain that wasn’t available or competent enough to bring more drinks or ketchup. She claims she is a lunch girl and had no clue what was going on. This restaurant was at half capacity! No idea how to stop think and react or approach guests. Grant the manager understood the issues we were having, hands up to him for making us happy in the end! Thanks to GRANT we will be back! Thank you !!! We appreciate the effort Grant offered. Marcelle is the worst waitress we’ve ever had! She is costing the business money and won’t be receiving a TIP tonight, maybe find a new job ?

Great meal tonight Stephanie and other staff were so Attentive. The Striploin was a delite, it was so tasty, best steak ive had for awhile (aged 50 days) Very impressed i highly recommend the Steak you wont be disappointed. The beer and Caesars were so nice and cold. My next visit will be much sooner. Keep Rockin it guys!

The Halloween mash was fantastic! Food was delicious, especially the smokehouse warp and brisket sandwich 10/10. They made the place look amazing and the service was wonderful. So many smiles :)

We enjoyed the food as it was delicious and served fresh. We waited for about 10-15 mins which is somehow tolerable considering the peak hour for dinner. The server was very friendly and ensure we got our orders correctly.

This place is definitely worth a visit! The food is amazing, and the staff are super friendly and attentive, especially thanks to Stephanie’s hospitality. If I get the chance, I’d totally come back again!

It was my first time here because I was in the area for business. Was very excited after seeing the menu online as there are no Montana's restaurants near where I live in the east end. I was there around 5PM on a Thursday and it was not busy but the post-work crowd rush filtered in over the course of my time there. I was greeted at the front desk by who I think was the manager and he was super friendly and helpful in explaining the menu, drinks, etc. after I said it was my first time. I went for the Big Grill Trio of ribs, grilled and sauced chicken, and skewered shrimp. It was DELICIOUS! I was super hungry and the flavors and juicy-ness of the meats did not disappoint. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the rib meat fell right off the bone. Seasoning on the shrimp was perfect. Cornbread and coleslaw were great too. Beer and Pepsi/coke were ice cold. My server was very nice and friendly and even though she was very busy managing the bar herself she made sure to bring my drinks and food right away and checked in on me after I had begun eating. Bathrooms clean & plenty of parking.
