Monga Fried Chicken

The chicken was so chewy and hard, totally inedible. Chicken color and texture was off too. I have eaten from this restaurant before and the meat quality or chef something has changed, very disappointed with my order. I ordered from skip and did not even get a refund. Not ordering from here anymore, it used to be good.

I have been coming to this restaurant since inception because it very close to me and you get more bang for buck. Lately, I have been disappointed in the quality of the food, I usually get the signature combo(Hotchick and King). The size of the meat has tremendously reduced, and they make up for it by covering it with batter for appearance. My last orders have been mostly batter than chicken.

Too hard to chew, and the color of the chicken is wired.. they might fired too long. I ordered THE KING chicken with black paper and salt. There is only few powder on chicken. The whole chicken tested hard to eat… don’t know what’s wrong with their kitchen. They used to not like that……

The original chicken was amazing. And their fries was crispy and flavored. Dana served me was very kind and informative. I can't wait to go back here with my friends!!!

First impression: I have never and I mean never seen a better place than this. I felt very welcomed, the cashier was really sweet and helped me understand what they have, when I don’t really know English well. Time: The time for the food to be ready was around 10 minutes. I haven even had time to turn around and food was ready, really quick! Area: The inside of the place is really pretty, they have where to sit down and eat, and an outside area too, what I really love. I 100% recommend Monga friend chicken in Mississauga, to everyone in the area, come in and try the chicken. Because I have never ate chicken this good. 😄😁

Ordered popcorn chicken on rice through ubereats. I recieved my food but it had a used bandage in it ( bottom left corner or the image). Absolutely horrible experience biting into the food and finding a bandage. To top it all when I called the restaurant they gave a very bad response and didn’t even acknowledge the issue.

First time trying Monga Fried Chicken, and it was a decent experience. The chicken is made to order. Got a 4 piece spicy combo with fries. The seasoning they sprinkle on top of the chicken is nice. Wasn't spicy at all. While I like the seasoning, they sprinkle on the fries, these are the limpest fries I've ever received from an establishment. They are cooked long enough that the potato interior isn't raw or hard and not a moment longer. Their is no crisp to them. These fries so white their credit score 800. They easily could use another 2-3 minutes in the fryer. Overall, I am contempt. Won't be rushing back to try more, but it did enough to satisfy me. 7/10.

We ordered a fried chicken combo for dinner. However, upon taking a bite, we immediately noticed that the chicken was not cooked properly. My wife promptly returned to the counter to address the issue, but the cashier seemed unwilling to acknowledge the problem. Despite our concerns, they insisted that the chicken was cooked correctly, citing its color as evidence. It's crucial for the restaurant owner and team to take customer complaints seriously. When a customer raises a concern about food quality, it's essential to investigate and address it promptly. The takeaway order was intended for our 3-year-old child, and serving uncooked food can have serious consequences. This experience not only reflects poorly on the quality of your food but also on the level of service provided. If you intent to run a successful restaurant , it's imperative to value and respond to customer feedback. Unfortunately, this experience was a waste of both time and money. Thank you Monga Chicken for dampening our mood and ruining our day.
