I got delivery so review is only on the food. And it was delicious. All of it. I got the Gamjatang, Hobey Garlic Fried Chicken and Stir-Fried Udon with beef. The Gamjatang is a bit salty but it is flavoured well. Lots of meat/bones. Mildly spicy. The fried chicken remained crispy despite it travelling via Uber for 15 minutes. I appreciate the chicken wasn’t sauced and was on the side. It helped maintain the crunch. Also the stir-fried udon is a sleeper hit. Very tasty. The meat was thin and well marinated. My order came with kimchi (and sliced pickled daikon for the chicken.)

Tastes like chinese made korean food lol. Fried chicken is a bit dry. The staff are nice alright . Atmosphere is a small but they get busy so it gets tight

I was feeling a bit under the weather and craving something soupy so I decided to give this place a try. Right off the bat, the server was very nice and welcoming and despite being the only one on the floor (with occasional help from someone else in back of the house), she was very quick, efficient and had a pleasant attitude the entire time. Ordered the spicy pork soon tofu soup and spicy pork bibimbap off the lunch menu which comes with a free miso soup. The prices from the lunch special menu don’t vary too much from the main menu though and everything was fairly priced. The tofu soup was quite spicy and very hot but cleared my sinuses right up and was very flavourful. Exactly what I wanted. The ground pork was also nice and tender and had a slight sweetness that offset the spice. It comes with purple rice which I enjoyed. Bibimbap was piping hot and the bowl was still steaming even after my boyfriend had finished all of the food in the bowl so it stayed hot throughout the entire meal. Rice base is purple as well. It was very flavourful, had lots of umami and comes with hot sauce if you want to add more. Portions were also very good, the bibimbap was huge and I had enough leftovers from the soup to eat it for another meal. I will definitely be returning to try their other menu items. Overall, total came to $30 before tip for two people which is a steal nowadays.

I eat at moms kitchen all the time, and it never fails to impress. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a cozy meal. The service is consistently friendly and attentive. Whether I'm dining in or taking out, the quality and authenticity keep me coming back. If you're looking for delicious Korean cuisine, this place is definitely worth a visit!

Decent place for Korean food. I didn't have to wait for seating the past couple of times I've been here. Underground parking is your best bet to secure a parking spot. Service is excellent, and food is delicious. The side dishes are alright... but the Korean seafood pancake is delish!

great flavours, food was piping hot which is what I like. soups were tasty. I loved the seaweed sides the best. sweet potato noodles were quite oily. crispy chicken was nice and crispy

Ordered their Galbi Bento and it was delicious ! Their pork bone soup was amazing ! Pork bone was so tender and the soup was so delicious! Side dishes was really good but they only allow ONE refill because cost of food has gone up which I totally understand. The young gentleman provided good service. Overall, had fantastic experience and can’t wait to come back!

I ordered the set lunch Don Katsu on rice, which was deep-fried pork slices on rice with a sauce. Simply impeccable! I love how the pork slices are still moist and tender despite being deep-fried. The sauce also elevated the taste of the pork slices a lot, and I also dipped some sauce into the rice as well. Simply amazing! The set lunch comes with a free appetizer, which was always the case, I guess, even for non-set meals, but it also comes with a free soft drink or free miso soup. I chose the latter because I am more health-conscious, and I am trying to lose more weight. :)
