Momo Chowmein - The Hakka Spot

Just got home from there. I had two Indian guest with me. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. My guest were impressed with service. As always food is always awsome there. Proud to have a Neplease resturant with such hospitality at Hamilton.

Out of every Hakka place I've been to, this place beats all of them. So many aspects of this place makes it the best, such as the quantity of food, which lasts me days, the price, the service, the quality, all top-notch. The customer service that the workers give is absolutely amazing, they're all so sweet and caring. The food itself is so delicious. The amount of variety is also amazing, so many choices. Honestly one of the best places, and I will keep returning.

We ordered from Momo Chowmein for a party we hosted, and the food was a great hit!! It was so delicious. All of our family from Toronto loved it, and kept asking us where we got it from. We spoke with Sarah regarding our cater order, and her customer service was amazing, as she was so kind and patient with our large order. All of the staff at this restaurant is wonderful, and they delivered the food to our venue as promised at the right time. My family and our guests were all so happy with the food and service. Will definitely be buying and catering food from Momo more! Thank you Momo Chowmein Staff for the wonderful job.

We have been to Momo Chowmein several times. The number of items in the menu is almost overwhelming. We’ve had great luck by asking our server for their recommendations. This time, we had the Nepalese Vegetarian Chowmein, Fried Chicken momos, sesame chicken and spicy chili potatoes. Everything was delicious. If you aren’t afraid of spicy food, we really loved the Nepalese Chowmein. Hot, spicy and delicious!

My wife and I decided to try MoMo Chowmein out and we were very pleased. The tucked in a corner eatery has a very pleasing family friendly ambiance. The staff were all very friendly and honestly seemed to enjoy working there. We started with a medium Bowl of hot and sour soup. It was superb, thick broth and loaded with flavour. We then had Beef with Broccoli, Chicken Massala, and mixed fried rice. All the food was delicious and we left with enough for lunch the next day. There was nothing negative about our visit including the bill. Under $60 for the two of us. We will definitely go back and will recommend this restaurant to our friends.

The restaurant is a really good and tasty halal Hakka place. The service was excellent and anytime we needed anything the server was there to help us out. The food portions were huge and priced just right for the amount you get—definitely great for sharing. Highly recommend checking it out!

After being referred by a friend, when I was looking for a nearby, Momos, please, both me and my wife finally decided to try out this place The restaurant was very well maintained and quite clean We just went for trying out Momos for snacks so we ordered one chicken steamed Momos and one deep fried tandoori veg and also Samosa. The steamed momos were very juicy and well done and deep fried ones were also delicious and crispy with good stuffing. The service was little on the slower side but worth for the food. I’m definitely going back for the dinner and to try out the main course for this Chinese/Nepali cuisine.

Just checked out this new Hakka Chinese spot that a friend recommended us. It’s tucked away in a plaza with loads of parking, which is super convenient. The vibe inside? Cozy and welcoming—perfect for a relaxed family meal. Service was top-notch. The staff were attentive and made us feel really looked after. Now, let’s talk food—it was impressive! We went for a large bowl of soup and, wow, it was huge! Four adults shared it easily, and we still had leftovers to take home. A heads-up if you’re into spicy food: they don’t hold back, so be ready for some serious heat if you ask for it! The washroom was spotless too, which is always a good sign. Price-wise, we felt it was a steal. We fed four adults and two kids for just over $100, plus tip. Definitely worth it. I’d recommend dropping by if you’re around—great for a family dinner or a casual meet-up with friends.
