Hands down one of the BEST places in downtown Toronto for food, drinks, and a cool a$$ vibe! I was admittedly in bed and my partner was like, "Come meet me at Milestones, you will love it!" Reluctantly, I showered, put on a cute fit, and headed down the street to meet my partner. Upon arrival, it was an immediate VIBE! Neil, THE bartender, greeted me and poured bubbles to my delight. He recommended the bruschetta, which was AMAZING! The manager Mike made us feel like family! The evening bartenders, Jess and Jazzy provided nothing but pure entertainment for the rest of the night! Thank you so much for making us feel welcome and ensuring our last night of 2024 was full of good times and laughter! PLEASE go, sit at the bar, and tip well! These are good people with good vibes and good upbeat music!

Milestones was memorable, we had a fantastic server and really good food. Got the Korean fried chicken sandwich, and a burger. I would like to return to try more of their menu! Dessert was great too, a hot cookie with ice cream. The place was spacious, very nice service and clean. Recommend if you're in the area to check them out!

Very quiet on a Saturday, which was surprising. Maybe because of the snow people didn't want to drive, I wouldn't blame them. My friend had some delicious meal. They order steak and a side of mash with vegetables. I found the perfect portion for one person was decent. They also had Alfredo pasta look good casue he finished it. But I had some cheese cake and lemon tea that was delicious and a good portion as well. Sever was good and friendly. Food came at a good timer, no complaints. We'll definitely try not to items on the menu next time.

Food: 1 Stars Service: 5 Stars Ambience: 3 Stars Overall: 3 Stars Note: Complimentary Invite I was recently invited to try Milestones’ Holiday Creations menu, and overall, it was a bit of a mixed experience. To start, the appetizers weren’t bad, but they didn’t quite impress either. We had the Sweet Chili Chicken Bites, which had good flavouring, but the chicken was overwhelmed by dough—there was just too much batter, and not enough chicken. The Creamy Lobster and Prawn Dip was decent; it was cheesy and enjoyable, though I’d say it lacked a bit of lobster flavour. The chips it came with, however, were far too salty for our liking, which kind of ruined the balance of the dish. For the main courses, we had the Crispy Peking Style Duck Breast and the Holiday Seafood Sirloin. Unfortunately, both were disappointing. The duck breast had a poor presentation—it didn’t look very appetizing at all. The lentils and salad it came with didn’t enhance the flavours, and the duck was really tough with not much juiciness to it. It just didn’t hit the mark in terms of texture or taste. As for the Holiday Seafood Sirloin, it was another miss. We ordered it medium, but the steak came out undercooked. The lobster portion was minimal, and the croquettes had an odd aftertaste and an unusual texture. The carrots were also undercooked, which made the whole dish feel unfinished. On a more positive note, the drinks were good. We don’t drink alcohol, so we had cocktails instead, and the Miami Ice was our favourite. It had a nice, refreshing flavour, almost like an elevated store-bought iced tea, which was pleasant and easy to drink. The desserts were a bit of a letdown as well. We tried both the carrot cake and the chocolate cake, and unfortunately, they both had a store-bought vibe. The chocolate cake, in particular, reminded me of McCain chocolate cake—nothing special and definitely lacking that homemade touch. The carrot cake was better, but still, it wasn’t anything to write home about. That being said, the service was incredible. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, even offering to have one of our dishes remade when we expressed our disappointment. Unfortunately, by that point, we had already lost our appetite and didn’t want to wait for another round of food. The atmosphere at Milestones was nice overall. It felt warm and inviting, though it did get a bit chilly where we were seated due to the doors opening and closing constantly. On the plus side, the furniture was well-maintained and added a nice touch to the space. In the end, while the service and drinks were great, the food didn’t live up to expectations. The dishes were underwhelming, and there were clear areas for improvement. If you’re looking for a place with good drinks and service, Milestones is still worth considering. xx kellychan360

I really hope our experience was the exception at this location. But I would NEVER come back here. Our reservation was early, so arguably service should have been faster. We waited 30 minutes for our drinks to arrive at the table. After 30 minutes the server let us know that our bottle of wine we had ordered was not available. (No drink menu with her so we could order an alternative). Another 15 minutes passed and our appetizers came out….still no drinks at the table. Entrees came and two of the main chicken dishes had French fries substituted in for the pasta - which we did not order or modify this order on any way. We sent it back to get the pasta we had ordered and when it came back it was cold pasta and there were still French fries on the plate. No care or consideration for their mistakes. Terrible experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Milestone Restaurant. The food was absolutely excellent—every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. From start to finish, the quality and attention to detail were evident. A special shoutout to Alex, our waiter, who made the evening even more enjoyable. He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. His recommendations were spot on, and he made sure everything was perfect. Overall, Milestone Restaurant offers a top-notch dining experience with exceptional service. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable meal!

Visiting Toronto downtown and didn't want to eat in the Food court instead this restaurant. It was not very busy lunch time but the foods turned out very nice and tasted. Surprised by the portion and tasted. The waitresses are friendly and nice. We enjoyed our lunch here with friends.

Absolutely love that they have a separate halal menu. We ordered the bruschetta, rib steak, butternut squash ravioli, and the cookie for dessert. I was honestly depressed after finishing the meal because nothing I ate for the next few weeks was going to compare. Every bite was better than the last. The service was also incredible: Ashley took great care of us and was so friendly. Be prepared to drop some dollars though- we really treated ourselves!
