I have been to several different Milestones restaurants. The portions seem a little bigger than the other one. Drinks were not bad. The chicken on the Ceasars salad was a bit dry. The other food was not bad.

I've been to this restaurant on four different occasions. Their food and drink options are diverse. Their quality is not the best, but decent and certainly serviceable. Their menu used to be priced adequately but I have noticed they increased prices substantially on all of their menu items across the board in the past few years, although I supposed that's to be expected with inflation just as anywhere else. For example, a glass of espresso martini used to cost $12 just a year ago and it costed $14 as of tonight. More importantly, they put an "Auto Gratuity 20.00% charge" on top of my bill as well as the 18% starting tip when paying with credit card. That's a mandatory minimum 38% tip they're charging you on top of your meal price, which seems like an outright robbery. Overall, it used to be a decent establishment for a dinner out with friends/families/coworkers. However, their greedy, predatory business practice in recent years leaves a bitter taste in my palate.

I visited Milestones with a colleague for after-work drinks and had a fantastic experience. We sat at the bar, where the bartender was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He offered excellent recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed, including pacing our drinks and providing water. Even though he was also training a new staff member, his service remained impeccable and efficient. We were impressed by his honesty and openness about the training, which set a positive tone for our visit. Although we were on a tight schedule and couldn’t stay for dinner, we’ll definitely return.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Milestones restaurant in Richmond Hill, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. I particularly enjoyed the option to dine on the patio during the summer months, allowing me to soak in the warm weather while enjoying my meal. Overall, Milestones in Richmond Hill is a perfect spot for a date night or any special occasion. With its delicious food, impeccable service, and inviting atmosphere, it's a place where you can relax and enjoy a wonderful meal in great company. I would highly recommend Milestones to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience in the area.

Went to Milestones for Canada Day celebration lunch for a party of 10. The atmosphere and service were phenomenal. Shout out to Ronnie! Give this guy some recognition. He doesn’t only works hard but he enjoys his job. More tips to Ronnie please. For the food: stay away from steak, definitely not same as the keg. Also pasta is okaying. But the rest are awesome like the smashed burgers, etc. They are really good.

Place is worth it if you have the buy one brunch get one free coupon. Overall food was good. A bit on thr saltier side and their mock tail is basicially over priced juice
