Horrible ! This was my favorite restaurant every weekend until yesterday ! I was excited to try the new falls menu, and it's was the worst decision The food was totally bad ( the worst quality I ever saw ) ! Thr food wasn't fresh at all , it's like everything was frozen and then used the microwave! Tasted so bad, and immediately, I felt too much pain in my stomach!! I couldn't finish eating . It was so disgusting The next day, I tried to eat a little bit, but my stomach got worse, and I got blotted with too much gas and pain all day, and the next day It's horrible U can know for sure that the food was very bad , low quality , old, and even contaminated . It's very sad to suffer like that after I paid $170 Especially this was my favorite restaurant but not anymore. I can't trust them with my food after that horrible experience and will never eat there again Thank you for all the pain I got from your food I ordered that takeaway on Monday ( thanks giving evening) around 5 pm .

We had a wonderful dinner at Milestones! We came to Niagara Falls to celebrate my birthday and we are so glad we chose Milestones for the birthday dinner. The food was delicious! And our server, Julie, was incredible. She went above and beyond for us and was so kind and funny. We were so lucky to have her for my special meal! Great evening.

We celebrated our first anniversary at the Falls this weekend and Mitch L was a phenomenal server. The food was also incredible. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The sweet chili chicken bowl is to die for.. 10/10.

I don’t know what happened to the food at Milestone’s. Somewhere down the line, the food quality fell by the wayside. Everything we ordered was not good. The shrimp app was covered in sauce and overly sweet. The pork chop was smothered in a sauce that doesn’t even taste like it would go with the pork chop but I wanted to see if it could work. So I ordered it and it was terrible. The vegetables were either over cooked (beans), and carrots were undercooked. The chop itself was dry and tasteless…no salt on the chop itself and I’m going to say it again…covered in sauce that was too sweet and just doesn’t go well. We used to like the food at Milestone’s and counted on good food for the price. But this was a huge disappointment. Someone else from my party ordered the ramen bowl and the broth was too salty and lack depth. The only good thing was the beef they put on top. The service was mediocre. Our server forgot to bring kids drinks despite mentioning it a couple of times. And to boot, the kids meals were brought in with the table’s appetizer. (We didn’t ask for the kids meals to be brought first.) Overall, the experience was not good at all. Milestone’s you should taste the food before you set out and create a new menu. Terrible and disappointing. I will not be going back to Milestones for this.

Very nice restaurant, views of both American and Canadian falls. Really good selection of vegan appetizers and main dishes, to go along with the traditional meat dishes. Our server Elias was very attentive and provided great service, and gave us a special dessert treat to honor our 20 year wedding anniversary. The Niagara area wine he recommended was also very good. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food and the location.

We spent our 3rd anniversary here and it was great! We got a nice view, delicious food, and our server (Mitchell) was very kind and professional. We will definitely be back again! Extra note: The garden burger was awesome! Great veg option. My boyfriend loved his steak. It was cooked perfectly. Of course, the dessert was great too. So indulgent!

The coconut calamari was good. The server was nice and attentive. The view amazing. The issues we had had though were with the food and the price. The food tasted just okay. We did not believe it was worth the price we paid. The portions were a decent size.
