Fun, upscale brunch spot with an eye for both old and new breakfast ideas. A generous menu of mimosas, lattes and other drinks keep it interesting. The place itself has nice, homely yet uncluttered decor. Service was fantastic and friendly, and the food itself was great. I enjoyed the extra little touches on the gingerbread latte and the ceasars. Wish they had some form of proper hashbrowns but that is a preference more than anything. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!

We came here for my husband’s birthday brunch, and while the food was a bit hit-or-miss, the excellent service made the visit memorable. The blueberry buttermilk pancakes were the star of the meal—fluffy, flavorful, and absolutely lived up to the hype. On the other hand, the Huevos Monty was underwhelming and not particularly memorable. My husband ordered the steak sandwich medium rare, but it arrived well done and cold. When we mentioned this to our waitress, she immediately sent it back and offered a side salad while he waited. The second steak sandwich was much better, and we appreciated how quickly they resolved the issue. What really stood out, though, was the kindness of the staff. They comped the side pancake for the inconvenience and even gave us a jar of blueberry compote to take home, knowing we had traveled a long way to visit. Little gestures like this really make a difference, and their thoughtfulness left a lasting impression. While the food wasn’t perfect, the service more than made up for it. We’d recommend this spot for the warm hospitality and those amazing pancakes!

Love this place. I'm here every single time I'm in the area. The staff is amazing and the food even better. I always have their signature pancakes. But tbh everything on the menu is good. Try their frozen scones or biscuits to go and bring a little of their deliciousness back home to enjoy at a later date.

I didn’t have a reservation so I had to wait an hour for a table (the Taylor swift concert drove a lot of traffic while I was there). But it was worth the wait!! Pancakes were slightly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cream and blueberry compote balanced out well with the maple syrup. The chicken BLT was so good too. I had it with the homemade lemonade. I smashed it all. It definitely lives up to the hype. A must visit if you’re in Toronto - just remember to book a table in advance to be sure.

I feel like I need to mention something other than the blueberry pancakes but goddamn those were the best blueberry pancakes I ever had in my life. Wally's Cheesy Savoury Tart was light and wonderfully rich and the Vedas choice was a good choice indeed. We had it with avocado because the other half is vegetarian, and I ordered a side of smoked salmon to throw on my half....great decision, the croissant was perfectly toasted crisp and flakey on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, the eggs were poached to perfection and even the fries were great. The atmosphere is filled with light, airy and open and the service was great as well. Overall definitely a great place for b'lunch and a meal that makes us both think about the next visit.

We tried Veda’s Choice which is poached eggs with an optional topping sandwiched in croissants which I don’t recommend at all. Blueberry pancakes is a must if you go there and I definitely recommend it. Pumpkin spice latte was amazingly good and London fog was just ok and could be presented better as this is a professional restaurant. There’s about a 45 minute wait time which is worth it only if you’re not in rush or have any other plans. Prices are somewhat high but still affordable. Overall, Veda’s choice - 2 out of 5 Blueberry pancakes - 5 out of 5 Pumpkin spice latte - 5 out of 5 London fog - 3 out of 5 Staff - 5 out of 5 Atmosphere - 4 out of 5 Price to value - 3 out of 5

Holy moly the blueberry grilled cheese special was amazing. That salty cheese with the sweetness from the blueberry. Absolutely delicious. The blueberry pancakes were... Well.. look at them. So damn good. Service was super nice. We waited 1 hr on a Saturday at around noon for 2. I would go again.

Celebrated a birthday with a group of 5 and we all had such a wonderful time! From the moment we sat down, the service was amazing! Food was delicious and fresh. Ambiance was lovely with plenty of natural light. I would highly recommend visiting if you are in Liberty Village! Of course, the pancakes were the highlight of the brunch. Great flavour and not overly sweet. Recommendations: Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes, Iced Latte and The Shak with a side of rosemary potato’s (so good)!
