When we got there we stand in the front of the cashier for like 5 min, he completely ignored us and stay on his phone. Chicken tasted old and reheated multiple times. I ate the rice and veggies only. I don’t recommend eating here . Hope the owners all the best, but the food and service were so disappointing

If you want to eat healthy and deliciously, this is the place! They have something for all types of diets. Much better than any other western style restaurants around here. Rice, no rice, meat or no meat, sweet sauce or not. Get all your servings of veggies and taste great while eating it. Ordered the grilled chicken, less rice, more veggies (spinach, edemame beans, lettuce), tomatoes , cucumbers, ginger, onions, wasabbi sauce, amazingly fresh, delicious and healthy! $17 with tax and tips. Amazing price for such healthy bowl. Portion size is nice too. This is easily $28-30 at something like Moxie's, actually they don't even have this, their salads are full of fat and unhealthy. Highly recommend for everyone.

Best tasting poke' bowls in Mississauga. Unfortunately the Ridgeway location has some very questionable hygiene/food safety practices. On my eat in trip there, I observed the serving staff wearing plastic gloves and never once did they change them, after handling the cash register, the germ ridden debit terminal, cash, cardboard boxes, scratching their faces and touching and preparing the food customers actually ate. Gross. They need a beat-down by the health department.

I visited this place for a sushi bowl and was really impressed. I had the veggie bowl with cucumber dill sauce. The food was fresh, clean and full of flavour. I will definitely return to try more items on the menu.

My first time at Mi'Hito Sushi Laboratory and it was delicious! Was awesome seeing our duck burrito made right in front of us. I opted for the Spicy Salmon, Spicy Tuna and Lobster tacos. All the food was great, but both my partner and I loved the Lobster taco the best!! Flavours, sauces and presentation was amazing! Would definitely go here again. Thank you! 😊

I’ve always ordered takeout from this establishment many many times over the last year; and their food, service and staff are always wonderful! I’ve typically always ordered the salmon Rising Sun and it has never disappointed me. I recently ordered the salmon lover’s sushi and it was ok. I’d rate it a 3/5, vs the burritos usually rate 5/5. It was well made and had a nice presentation, the fish itself was fine and all the other ingredients. It was also a great price. It just didn’t taste like I am accustomed to. I think it had to do with the soy sauce that came in the order - it almost tasted watered down. I plan to continue ordering sushi burritos from here are they are so so good, and the staff are lovely!

I'm back again to try something new! This time, I got the Ahi Tuna poke bowl. It's just as good and fresh. You need to try it out! Have a look at my pictures and press the like button! It comes with salmon, lettuce, cabbage, avocado, tempura crunch, tobiko, carrot, crab meat, green onion, and spicy mayonnaise dressing This burrito was so big and heavy that everything inside tasted so fresh. This place was a bit of a mixed bag for us... So I'll cover the "good," and then the "bad." We decided to try out this place after seeing an ad for 50% off their menu for their opening week. We bought take out for our Saturday dinner for 3 people. We got 4 different burritos, and 2 different poke bowls. The good: The food was very tasty. All of the dishes we tried were prepared very well, and were very interesting fusions. The bad: There was very little protein in both the burritos, as well as the poke bowls. The poke bowls were also mostly lettuce and salad. Kind of disappointing... And I know that inflation is making things more expensive, but the total for our 6 items would have been over $100 without the 50% discount. I don't feel like the food was worth it for that price. We were still glad to have tried this place, but likely won't be returning for reasons listed above. Here are some pics of our food:
