Got to try this new ramen joint in Scarborough @midoriramen.official Nice little place for a hot bowl of ramen. Quite honestly, it isn't the most amazing bowl of ramen I had, but it was more than decent. Had the black garlic broth..very flavourful but need to be thicker. The noodle was good too. Should have added an egg with it haha. Will be back to check out the original broth.

Came here for the first time, for dinner. Seating was quick. Food: ordered the Tori Buta. The broth was very salty, but still very rich and creamy. The pork was amazing, the char especially enhanced the flavour and gave it a slight crispy texture. The egg was standard. Price: price for the ramen was about standard ($22.99 for the Tori Buta). The extra toppings/add-ons were however very expensive. $2.50 for scallions and $2.99 for an extra egg, for reference. Everything else was pretty much standard price. Look to spend around $30-35 after tips. Service: good service, waiters came to check in with our group a few times and to refill water. Atmosphere: small amount of seating but the turnaround time seemed very fast. There was no wait when we went at around 8pm on a Saturday. Seats and tables have ample space, and everything is very clean and modern. Bathrooms were excellent and very clean.

Got the black garlic which is really garlicky. Hubby got the Truffle ramen but didn’t really taste any. Still good though. Service is quick, and not busy on a weekday night.

A really cute and cosy restaurant with nice and warm atmosphere. Servers were really good and on top of their job. Gave us refills before our glass get empty. The ramen is unbelievably good. The noodles is nice and bouncy. Broth is rich, creamy and heartwarming. The pork and chicken is delicious and the tamago melt right in your mouth. This is the best chain ramen restaurant I’ve been to. We got the truffle, red spicy and highly recommend the tori buta.

Service was good, our server was a boy (looked mixed but still asian look with darker skin tone), he was really good, attentive. Ramen was delicious!! Simple yet rich in flavour..

The restaurant offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere, where guests feel genuinely valued from the moment they arrive until they leave. The ramen and appetizers are competitively priced, especially when compared to nearby establishments. Portion sizes are perfect—satisfying without being overwhelming. The space is impeccably clean, and the service is warm and attentive. I highly recommend this spot to all ramen enthusiasts. Additionally, they offer vegetarian and vegan options, catering to a diverse range of dietary preferences.

One of my all time favourite ramen spots! They have a nice selection of ramen with seasonal specials every now and then. I typically get the tori buta because it contains a lot of cha siu and I love cha siu. Broth is also very creamy and can be a bit on the heavier end. Interior atmosphere is very clean as well and the waiters are friendly. Would definitely recommend coming here for some quality ramen ~

Edited October 2024: Tried the Ghost Spicy Ramen, which is a limited Halloween offering. This thing is SPICY! If you like spicy, this is the one you gotta try. I like spice, but I can't handle it, so I request half the spice. Let me tell you, this was spicy coming in as it was coming out. But, the flavour of the broth is delicious. I prefer this style ramen over the other generic offerings around the area. Original review below Have been here a few times and decided to come back for our anniversary! Had tea and Ramune. Ramune always brings back memories so I always get it! We had Aigamo Tataki and Takowasabi for appetizers. Decent size portions. My partner gets Takowasabi ALL THE TIME. For the main course we had the Signature Tori Paitan and Red Spicy. Have tried almost all the different types and keep coming back to these two. I always ask for the spicy paste on the side to add to the Signature Tori Paitan and also substituted the chicken for pork. The broth is so flavourful and different from other ramen places I've tried. Found out the broth is made from chicken instead of pork. The eggs are perfect with the yoke not overly cooked and is marinated well. The staff has always been attentive and addressed my concerns when I communicated it to them. Having been on the other side, it is the worst when someone expects something but doesn't say anything. There's no time for that nonsense. For dessert, we had Almond Tofu which they just released! It was soft, flavourful but with some firmness to it. Would definitely order again. Also, when getting take-out, they separate the ramen broth from the other ingredients in a fancy bowl. They also include instructions on how to reheat it in the microwave. Sometimes you need to reheat longer than what the instructions say to get the broth really hot. There are nights where I finish work late and I order take out because I know they're about to close and I don't want them to stay longer than they have to.
