This is our favourite Mexican restaurant. Best value and amazing service. Sebastian is always an amazing host. Had a family birthday today and he went out of his way to make it extra special. 100% recommend. New favourite at this place is Birria pizza!

Me.and a friend went on a whim and tried this place out. Mind you, this was a last minute decision. I didn't have any expectations but to have good food and did they ever deliver. Waiter was courteous and patient when we ordered our food. There was a lot on the menu, so it was hard to decide what to get. Delivery of food to our table was quick and fresh which I appreciated. There was a live band that playing music and someone at the restaurant had a birthday as well. Place is clean, spacious and decors are a nice touch. We were impressed and would recommend this establishment to anyone craving for real tacos.

OK, HERES MY REVIEW. Positive: • The service from the waiter was good; he was very polite and attentive. :) • The guacamole was really tasty. • The salsas were relatively good. Negative: • The lemons were a bit dry, so we had to ask for extras because they didn’t have enough juice. • The tacos were quite simple, with a very plain presentation. • I ordered a tres leches cake, but they didn’t have any, so I had to switch to arroz con leche, which had a strange taste, and the rice was a bit hard. :( • We also ordered crepes, but they were just two flour tortillas with two slices of banana drenched in caramel , with a bit of cream lol. For nine dollars, its really not worth it. If that’s how they present them, it’s disappointing that it’s just two heated flour tortillas covered in caramel sauce. • The waiting time, as many others have mentioned, is long, even when the place isn’t busy. There were only two or three occupied tables, yet the service was still slow. There are other options that are not only better but also more affordable, with much better flavors and a better portions.

Look no further than an authentic Mexican food in Scarborough, in the 6ix! Had to leave a four star due to the time we went (lunch) when it was not busy. I recommend this place if you crave for Mexican food! 👌

Visited this Mexitaco location a week ago on a Saturday night and the atmosphere was amazing. Full of singing and dancing and packed with people enjoying their food. I ordered the Tacos De Birria 4pc and the Tacos De Chorizo. I highly recommend the Birria cause it tastes extremely authentic and flavourful. The Chorizo tacos were more on the salty side, not a big fan.

Oh man the food is so authentic and absolutely delicious! I asked what they recommended and each and every time it kept getting better and better. This is my second time here and not only is the food great but also the live music! The guys are awesome and sing so well that we end up wanting to sing along! My favorite dishes so far are the Aguachile de chicharron, tacos de birria, arrachera platter steak and the tres leches cake. This is definitely a must see, eat and experience, kind of place! Go on a Friday night so you get the live music too!

Spacious restaurant with patio seatings. We went on a weekend and they have live band there. Very fun atmosphere! Their menu offers more than Taco and Burritos. We loved the chips as it is thick and small that we can take it by one bite. Food was delicious. There are 2 different types of chilli sauce, see how much jeat you can take! Limited parking at the back.

I can't emphasize enough, the high level of food, drinks and service this restaurant provides. Every time I've been here, the food and drinks have been absolutely fantastic. The quality and quantity of the ingredients used is top notch and they don't cut any corners. The nachos are always a go-to for me...I like to add guacamole and jalapenos. The tacos and burritos are carefully hand crafted to perfection. They have quite an extensive drinks menu, which are nice for sipping on their street-side patio. Not to be outdone by the amazing food, the service at this restaurant is incredible. The staff are all extremely friendly and tentative and they all seem to really enjoy where they work and what they do. I will definitely be back for more!
