This was a very authentic and classy place. Super clean, smelled good, esthetically cozy. We enjoyed the short rib tacos, and chicken enmoladas. The food was beautiful. My favorite would be the tacos! Also had a lovely dessert with ice cream and berries that was delicious! Everything tasted very fresh and the staff was friendly and attentive. The house margarita is very good! We tried one peach and one coconut. Would definitely recommend.

LOVE this restaurant!!! We celebrated my husband’s birthday here and I absolutely loved dealing with all the staff. They allowed me to bring in a cake for him and made it extremely special with sombreros and birthday music. Not to mention the food and drinks are outstanding.

I had an amazing experience here. The staff was exceptional, and the service was top-notch. I especially loved the guacamole — the pomegranate on top added a unique twist that gave it a nice kick. The in-house made tortilla chips were super crispy and delicious too, and it’s great to know the tortillas are fresh, not store-bought. We also tried the shrimp tacos, which were a bit different from the usual ones I’m used to. These had melted cheese and poblano peppers, which was a nice touch. Just a heads up, the green sauce on top is pretty spicy, so be prepared! Thankfully, they were happy to leave it off my friend's order, which was a nice plus. The tacos were really filling — I could barely finish the third one! I’ve heard great things about their brunch, so I’m definitely coming back to try that soon. Can’t wait!

The place itself is nice enough, but every time the door opens you're blasted with cold air during the winter. Some child was allowed to wonder freely, which was also annoying. The waiter was attentive and efficient. The food was the biggest disappointment. I had the pork tacos and they were expensive and not good. The meat was dry and the taco was very hard and chewy. Huge disappointment. My friend had the enchiladas from the breakfast menu, which he said was good, so maybe just avoid the tacos? Honestly, I've had way better tacos at a way cheaper price point in Kensington.

Very clean place, amazing food and great service. We were seated right away and our server was Pablo and he was so friendly and recommended some amazing dishes! Will for sure come back! Thank you!!

I cannot express how impressed I am with our entire dining experience! From the moment we were greeted at the door to accommodating my dietary preferences and celebrating a birthday (they sure know how to put on a show for a birthday)!! The food was very authentic, delicious and the service was spectacular! Thank you Emilio and team for the exceptional experience!!

Had a great lunch at Mexhico foods. The tacos were tasty, and the drinks were refreshing. The avocado salad was simple but really hit the spot. Overall, a solid meal and definitely a place I'd recommend!

The place is amazing. The day of the death show was so much fun. However, our waiter was kind of rude. He also made a bad comment about customers when they were not going to spend a lot of money at the restaurant. The host and the manager were super kind and gave us the best service. Also the main food was cold (the duck and the rib)
