I recently had the pleasure of trying takeout from Mevan Restaurant on Eglinton Ave West, and I have to say, it was incredible! My husband brought home the mixed grill, and every dish was packed with flavour. The bulgur wheat and meat were absolutely delicious — perfectly seasoned and full of depth. We got to try a variety of items, and everything was cooked to perfection. It’s clear that Mevan takes great care in preparing their food. Definitely a place I’ll be returning to for more! Highly recommend for anyone craving fresh, flavorful Mediterranean cuisine.

Really great spot. My fiancé and I had the chicken Doner wraps. Freshly made wrap and amazing ingredients. Also huge portions! The owner even came out and gave us a cup of tea on the house. Will 100% be coming back. Great to have these guys in the neighborhood.

Was really looking forward to trying a new nearby Turkish spot but unfortunately won’t be returning. Although the service was fast and courteous it could not make up for the quality and inauthenticity of the food. The dishes received did not match the description on the menu. The rice was greasy and the meat (both the chicken and the beef) was so dry that I’m convinced it must have been cooked at least the day before. The sauces were also very underwhelming, garlic sauce tasted like pickle juice and the hot sauce is probably franks red hot. Couldn’t finish my food and had to throw out my left overs.

Very clean restaurant with one of the nicest staff! Food was delicious and is available for dine in or take out. Staff was very appreciative and customer service is top quality. Was recommended by a friend, and this did not disappoint! Very highly recommended and is worth the trip from anywhere in the GTA! Will definitely come back!

Great little Gem on Eglinton near dufferin st great customer service from our server Rojda food was very good fresh and tasty 😋 place is super clean Will definitely 👍 be back again ! Was very nice to meet the owner as well

I decided to follow the recommendations from Furkan, the hostess. I have tried lacuhma, lentil soup and ayran. All was absolutely delicious. I enjoy a lot the food and the friendly atmosphere each time I visit Mevan.

An absolutely gorgeous and brand new renovated space. Warm welcoming faces and greetings when you walk into the door door. My mom, myself, and my infant daughter came here for lunch. We were seated at a beautiful white table with blue chairs. Everything is brand new and absolutely stunning. We started with a Turkish style soda similar to a Fanta and it was awesome. Served in a glass bottle. Super classy. We got three dips along with fresh bread. Eggplant, hummus, and a sort of yoghurt dip. Be sure to get the eggplant as it was out of this world. We had the mixed plate with salad and rice, chicken and beef and it was also 10 out of 10. The service was quick, and super friendly. We will be sure to be back here.
