This restaurant has been my favourite Hong Kong diners for the last 22 years. The quality of food is fantastic and food is authentic.

First time here and definitely return! Bright, clean spacious Hong Kong style cafe. Very friendly and courteous staff. Ordered Satay rice noodles , beef tendon & brisket rice noodles. Both orders came with beverages…lemon tea was my choice. Plenty of parking in front of cafe as well as behind the building.

Good portion sizes on the Guilin Noodles. Flavourful toppings of tomato, minced pork, and mustard greens

I usually come here for their breakfast or all day combos. They're a great deal and delicious. Today I got the pork chop and eggs, for $10.99 very good. I was very happy with it for its price point. I also like their cold lemon tea and the French toast with peanut butter inside. Local diner vibes :) not complicated food.

There weren't any other open resto options around in the morning when my fam came here to dine. We ordered a bunch of stuff from the early morning menu. The satay beef on vermicelli had the tiniest amount of beef portioned in. The soup had no taste whatsoever. The beef brisket and tendon noodle soup was mid as well. The beef itself was tender but MY GOD WERE THEY STINGY with the protein. Also, the broth STILL had no taste. The pork chop was pounded out thin and then smothered in gravy. Gravy was ok, pork chop itself was overcooked to smithereens. Same w/ the accompanying egg. Sunnyside up egg gets you a fully cooked one apparently. My bro got an egg sandwich as an accompaniment to his pork chop and received egg that was also overcooked in the sandwich as well. The lemon tea tasted bad, the milk tea was passable. If I could sum up the food in one word it would be: bland. It didn't seem like they seasoned anything at all! I know HK cafe food is supposed to generally be lighter but that doesn't mean NO seasoning loool! Oh yea, some other reviewer mentioned that the server forgot to bring eating utensils to the table. This was also the case for us. Brought all the dishes and left. Returned 5 min later to see if everything tasted already when we thought she was finding cutlery for us in the back.

Inexpensive Hong Kong style Cafe for tea, brunch or snacks. We got the instant noodles with braised beef, The pineapple bun with butter, and some milk teas. Everything was up to standard and very inexpensive. Food was served within 5 minutes of when we arrived. This is a No Frills spot to grab a quick bite, it's even faster than any fast food places. Don't expect kind service or any special decor in the restaurant. There are washrooms available on the ground floor.

One of the legacy Hong Kong style restaurants. Standards are still good but appear to try their best to differ themselves from the rest. E.g. Sizzling hot plate mixed grill is steak, chicken and a piece of fish (?) fillet. It's just a bit odd. Prices still reasonable.

I used to be a regular here before the pandemic, and I recently had my first experience since the world changed. Unfortunately, I have to say that the food quality has taken a noticeable nosedive. We popped in for a quick bite in the afternoon, and the menu offered a range of options from an all-day menu to daily specials and an all-day breakfast menu. We decided to try the curry beef with rice, which came with a daily soup and a drink. If you wanted to switch to a cold drink, there was an additional charge of $1.50. The food arrived swiftly, but I have to admit the presentation left much to be desired; it looked like the dishes had been hastily thrown onto the plates. Flavor-wise, it was a disappointment – you could clearly taste that the curry was diluted from a concentrate. Some vegetables were properly cooked, but the raw mushrooms were quite an unpleasant surprise. We also ordered a cold milk tea, which was just alright; sadly, the tea flavor didn't shine through, leaving it somewhat bland. To top it off, when we requested a takeout container for our leftovers, we were charged $0.50 per container. The service didn't help improve the experience either; the servers seemed inattentive, and I had to flag them down every time I needed something. When the bill arrived at $19, it felt expensive given the quality, service, and portion size. I feel there are other restaurants around the area to better spend $20 on food.
