Come and choose your favourite fish , shrimp, calamari, octopus, mussels, crab, lobster ( price/ Ib) and we’ll cook it for you. While waiting you can start with homemade humous, babaganouj, tahini dipping with homemade bread and Mediterranean salad ( Salata baladi ) English style fish & chips

We got two different types of seabass prepared with two side choices. Also got the salmon for the kids. The food was amazing - definitely a good healthy choice if you get the right stuff. Price is also right! Only downside was that there was no kids menu. That would make it great for families as well but they have choices such as fries etc.

I came 45 minutes to drive to this restaurant, the MOHAMMAD I entered the smell so bad all over, although the staff are very welcoming. When it comes to food, the prices are surprisingly super expensive, the portions are small, the rice is cold and doesn’t have any taste, the salad is not fresh as well. Not recommended at all. My experience was very bad. I wish I didn’t come. Or if I can talk to the manager about my experience.

We had a great dinner experience at Mermaid! Every plate that we ordered was fresh and full of flavors. Highly recommend the Pharaoh’s, Singari and the grilled shrimp. They make the best fried calamari with the right amount of crunch! Literally melts in your mouth!

I drive for 1.5hrs to try this place and everything from this place was worth the time and drive. If you’re in Mississauga and looking for an exceptional seafood experience, you must try this restaurant. Their Mermaid Sauce Platter is nothing short of amazing—a real gem for seafood lovers. Each bite bursts with rich, well-balanced flavors that showcase the freshness and quality of their ingredients. The platter includes a generous variety of perfectly cooked seafood, from tender shrimp and juicy calamari to buttery scallops, all draped in their signature Mermaid sauce. The sauce itself is the highlight: it’s creamy, savory, and has just the right hint of spice to elevate the dish without overpowering the seafood. It’s hard not to mop up every bit with their warm, freshly baked bread! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing the experience with great recommendations and a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re after a memorable dining experience with superb seafood, the Mermaid Sauce Platter at Mermaid Fish & Grill House should be at the top of your list! Highly recommend!

Fish was very good smoky flavoured we got the butterfly style, been so long since I tried a very flavourful fish, usually fish taste like tank but here it taste very fresh.! Highly recommended

Highly recommend! Got the sea bream and sea bass. So much flavour in their marinade. This was my second time eating here and I will definitely be back. We also got complimentary warm bread, hummus and eggplant dip. We loved it. So delicious!

Mermaid Fish and Grill House in Mississauga is a hidden gem! The seafood is incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. I loved the grilled fish—it was flavorful and tender. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making the experience even better. Cozy atmosphere, great food, and fantastic service—I’ll definitely be back! The owner is very accommodating and friendly! Will definitely be back and won’t stop recommending others to also visit.
