It’s been a long while since I have had ramen this good. Every dish was beautifully presented and the ramen was served piping hot. We tried the most popular ramen dishes including the duck ramen and each with an egg added. This chef takes pride in his work. The atmosphere was modern Japanese and he came out to greet us. If you love ramen, this is your place!

Tonight was my second visit. My first visit, we ordered spicy miso chicken ramen. It was phenomenal. We had a fantastic experience! Fresh product, masterful cooking, delicious food and exceptional service. This time, I went by myself and tried the special feature duck ramen with the add on. I already knew this restaurant was amazing but I am absolutely blown away with what was presented to me. This was, hands down, not just the best ramen but the best soup dish I've ever had in a restaurant. It was delicious. I savoured every bite. The chef puts real passion into his dishes. He's a master. This restaurant is a must-try. A hidden gem. 12/10.

Resolved to order takeout ramen from here as we were too busy to dine in - the hot sesame chicken ramen I ordered was simply delectable! Easily one of the best ramens I have ever had, which I wasn’t expecting at all because normally I don’t enjoy the subdued flavour of chicken broth. Pork bone broth was always the way to go for me, but I am happy to report that I was very wrong - really, really good quality ramen!

I ordered the half size ramen combo with gyoza and chicken karaage. I chose the jidori paitan miso flavour and it was so creamy and delicious! The chef even came out to ask how the food was. We really appreciated that and will definitely return. I like that they have half size soups so you can also get sides for a better price. They even work with a local farm. A gem in Hamilton, well worth it!

This is an unbelievable restaurant. The food is executed at the highest form of skill and taste. They utilize the freshest, highest quality local ingredients. They care so much about what you as a consumer are receiving and work so hard for you. I have had their food whether is dine in, take out, or even frozen, and every time I am so graciously pleased. They cater to all forms of dietary restrictions, and even those items are superb. Please do yourself a favour and go enjoy the best Ramen in the city.

I got the paitan miso, my friend got the spicy sesame ramen, and my sister got the chicken teriyaki don. I loved the broth for the paitan miso but I wasn't a big fan of the chicken. The noodles had a nice firm texture. My friend and sister also enjoyed their meals.

Fantastic service and food. The portion of ramen is super large, quite difficult to finish. It would be my common spot if I lived in Hamilton... My respect to the staff and the owner.

The ramen and curry here are so delicious. They have an amazing vegan selection and are attentive to dietary allergens and preferences. The chef truly cares about his food and what he is putting out for people. Staff are fast and attentive, and the atmosphere is cute and cozy. Could not recommend more!
